I recently discovered 7-11 while searching for a specific product.Not only did they have the item I was looking for, but their selection was vast, and the prices were competitive. The website was easy to navigate, and the product descriptions were informative and accurate. I was pleasantly surprised by their Customer service and responses. Location sucks, because of homeless problem. I was stuck waiting for a ride, and the employee, Shane, was amazing. He provided great customer service, and maintained a professional and courteous demeanor.

Even when dealing with crack heads and opioid zombies, he was very helpful and friendly. He allowed me to hang out in the store while my ride showed up. This guy should be paid way more for what he deals with. I saw more attempted theft in the 30 mins I was there then I could believe. I was literally telling people to leave the store, and I’ve never even done that at a place I’ve worked.

711 should hire another employee for late night downtown locations like this, and the only reason for 5 stars is the employee. Thanks again Shane 🙏🏻

If could give the staff at this particular location 1000 stars, I would. Whenever I am in town, I stay at a nearby hotel and frequent this 7-Eleven for bubbly water and snacks. There is a diverse range of customers, and I am always overwhelmed and moved by the exceptional kindness displayed by the team toward everyone who enters, regardless of their financial situation. The cashier never humiliates those who don't have money; instead, they ensure that each individual feels valued and listened to. I know it's a little unusual to write a review for a 7-Eleven, but this specific establishment exemplifies a level of compassion and humanity that has become all too rare in today's world.

Rating this place 5 stars because I saw a homeless lady bomb the window with a hoagie and orange juice. They also have an automatic door opener that wears two different shoes. I didn’t buy anything but outside was good enough for me

Mike is a super nice guy, great customer service skills and always helpful. It's 5am and he had the most upbeat attitude.

The Best in The West! No Ifs, Ands or Butts! They have the best Service. I'll type it again and Say the Bestest Service! I dislike the the long haired boy of whom won't focus on a task in front of him. Giving me lip one day over a few quarters that he took. The Lead man took care of that too though. The one close to the Spreckles Stole 45 dollars off my 7-11 Card that My Capt's Best friend gave me one day while at 711 close to Sports Arena, Seriously. The 7-11 thats in the same So to make it even I have to go in there and grab and go without Paying them. Capt. I already paid for my food. Oh those crooks makes me So mad how that 7-11 riped me off. Sorry, Sir I'm honest. My hands are not broken. No one got hurt and Ill only take 4 more steak Sandwiches or something of equal value. After that I'll never go back to them again. Tell last night I bought a pack of maverick and they put a tax sticker on the bottom of the cigarette pack. That whole block is corrupt man. Even the GODDURN MTS STORE IZ CURRUPT.....Ill Stick with my socks. 5th thru on and up. My friends ain't got the time to be worried about your lies, and advisors affiliations. And they wonder why we stand and sit asking for money and stuff in front of the store on Broadway.
