The lady working there was awesome. She helped me get a new phone for my daughter and had a great deal going on. My daughter was able to get headphones, an extra charging block as well as a case and screen saver for only $200. Those people are Great!

ALL the representatives are amazing and so patient and helpful! The next time I went in it was about to close in an hour and the district manager Christine was helping me and she stayed nearly an hour after her shift was too end at 7pm.. I had 2 of my kids with me getting bored and impatient but Christine was so sweet to my kids. She didn't leave until we were finished and that in my opinion was beyond kind♥💯

I've been with Cricket for almost four years now and there prices are reasonable and there service is good and so is coverage area. The couple phones I've had are excellent also. The customer service at the kiosk in Rushmore Mall has been wonderful except for one time in all these years...I do prefer to do business in person however the auto pay has come in handy.

Very friendly and helpful... Here's an update... I went to this location for some help with a phone I bought from a private seller and I literally had an entire TEAM working with me to solve the problem!!! They were friendly and knowledgeable and I enjoyed the entire visit!!! I don't know why ANYONE would choose to pay more for service that isn't any better than what this company can provide!!! Good job to all the employees at this store... You have a loyal customer in me...

I'm not even a Cricket Wireless customer, nor do I live in Rapid City, SD (THANK GOD!!) However I give this store a 5⭐ rating simply because, I was recently (09/15/20) there on a work trip, with my now, former employer, who left & returned to Colorado Springs, Colorado, LEAVING ME IN Rapid City, SD.!!! I started the entire trip off on a bad foot, by accidentally leaving my phone with service, behind at my apartment, & only had my older spare phone, which I carry simply for game playing. So now, I'm in RC, SD...a state I haven't ever been to...500+ miles/2 states away from home... no working phone, & NOT ONE!!! business would allow me to connect to their WiFi, long enough to use my GOOGLE VOICE to call someone, to get home....EXCEPT CRICKET WIRELESS, on St. Patrick!!! The rep (I feel so bad I didn't catch his name) was very kind, & logged my phone onto the WiFi! & was even generous enough to kinda show me, how far out of the store I could venture, before losing connection! To me, the store's rep that day, was beyond all doubt, a total life saver!!! Thank you so much again!!
P.S. Don't work for WIS Into unless you want to be left somewhere!!
