AT&T Store

Just want to commend the excellent service I received on Tuesday, 10/3/23 from AT&T employee Steven Louie at the 425 Market St. store. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, courteous and professional in helping me. AT&T is fortunate to have him as a representative of the corporation. He deserves to be recognized for outstanding customer service.

Wendy is very kind. She treated me sincerely for my poor English. Thanks to you, I was able to receive fast service.

I went in a couple of days ago to speak about an issue. I had with my fibre to a representative named Raven I went in a couple of days ago to speak about a issue. I had with my finer to a representative named Raven and he was absolutely amazing. Very concise gave me a very detailed understanding of my bill and my billing concerns, I just wanted to write a generous and healthy review show that there is some positivity

I needed help with getting service on my new phone, while visiting on a work trip. Luckily, someone who worked here name Tom was able to get me all set up with no issue, service was great! Definitely made my work trip easier.

Yi was helpful and efficient when I was there, excellent service. She’s also bilingual if you need Chinese services.

Coming to this AT&T store, I was very pleased with not only the service, but environment of the space. The employees were very welcoming and helpful, and offered me space to charge my phone as well, necessary to what I came here for. There’s good space for customers to wait, and I think this space could be used better with a common place for customers to wait together, charging phones, where they can do things like eat at a table in the store while waiting for service or charging phones. I am writing the review from the store right now, and think something like a minibar would be a great addition for these reasons!

So I was having phone problems earlier this morning and went into the store. The Amazing Amanda was busy. Already dealing with a customer she told me to wait a moment until she could assist me. Seeing how she provided service to the previous customer made it worth the wait. She asked me what I was looking for and didn't waste to much time getting my phone working again. I'm not sure how long she will be at the store as the company is making the right move with her future promotion. In my very honest opinion...if the district or area manager needs an assistant. She got my vote.

I had such a great experience at this location, Amanda Manila was so helpful! From the beginning of the interaction to the end she was really easy to talk to, made me feel like she really cared about why I was there and I loved how she got down to business! Very impressed with her professionalism. I will definitely be visiting this location again if needed and will be referring all of my business customers also if Amanda is still there! Usually my experiences have not been so great at other locations so I truly appreciate the quality of service. It literally made my day!

Amanda Manila was patient with helping me get my service back on and also providing me with the same number I had before my account was cancelled. She went through the hoops and loops for 2.5 hours and made it work. I appreciate her great customer service so much. Give her a raise, please.

Amanda Manila is probably the kindest and most patient customer service provider I’ve ever experienced, not just at AT&T but anywhere. I came in to transfer an existing account to my name, due to a death. This was a pretty involved process taking upwards of 2 hours. Amanda was a consummate professional and helped with documentation, the account details AND the coordination with the various AT&T departments. She stayed engaged and updated me at every step and went well beyond what I was expecting...and did it with kind words and a smile. So truly, I thank her for making a tough day a bit brighter! AT&T is lucky to have her!

I had two wireless phones plus a home wifi + TV package installed here. I want to give two thumbs up for the whole team, especially Ian, who helped me a lot on various issues like setting up, bills and add-ons. He was super kind and smart. I strongly recommend you visit there and find him, and you will never be disappointed.

Went into this location and got a lot of detailed information and a learned alot about the service even thinking about switching over to this phone service . Raven was very helpful and helped me answer all the questioned that I needed answered .

Earl at the 425 Market was an exceptional worker. He was very patient (I ask a lot of questions). And he was able to solve my issue quickly and efficiently. Amazing attitude too. 10/10. Would recommend him :)

I came in needing a new upgrade for my old IPhone , Richard showed me all the features on the many options I could choose from and I felt the choice was tailored to me as an individual. He took the time to make sure I left the store happy and without any buyers remorse. I really appreciated the way he conducted himself in getting me a new phone.

I was kindly and quickly greeted by Amanda who tried to help me with upgrading my cell phone. Although it did not happen, Amanda was very informative and helpful about making sure that I am able to in the near future. Overall, wonderful customer service!

Excellent customer service! I was treated by the entire team. Management came over twice just to check in and say hello. I got a great deal on several product, plus a better plan. I came in looking for help with my iPhone 12. I didn’t have to ask for assistance. I believe Brandon came in and asked if I needed help. That to me was great customer service. I asked questions on my account. He knew answers right away! I work in the area and I will come back to this location for my phone needs! Thank you for your customer service.
