Very friendly and informative. Made my experience much easier than I was anticipating. Got a great deal during one of their sales. Time will tell how well the mattress works out for us but definitely see ourselves working with them again in the future!

The Mattress Firm personnel were cordial, not pushy, and invited me to take my time testing the mattress I thought I wanted. In addition, they were knowledgeable about the differences between the mattress levels not only between manufacturers, but the levels of each manufacturer’s mattress.

Jared was phenomenal! I am very impressed. He really took the time to identify my needs and find the best solutions for them. I am so excited to get my Tempur-Pedic with an adjustable base!!

We had such a great experience today. My boyfriend and I were looking to buy a bed for the first time and Brad was very helpful! He knew a lot about the product and was able to answer every question we had (which was a lot). He listened to our needs, helped us stay in our budget, AND wasn’t too pushy about the products!
