Ok... So reading the other reviews is because they haven't worked as stations or retail. Or they didn't get their way! This location is always busy and stays professional. All the employees on day shift are nice and sweet, including the manager. Since the new manager Laura has been there, the store has completely turned around! It used to be a lot worse. If you don't like coming to this gas station, then don't, no need for rudeness when someone else is doing a job that you aren't like me.

I use this particular gas station every day!!! I love the manager, Laura!!! She's so sweet, friendly and helpful. The store,no matter what time I come in is extremely clean!!!! I love knowing that if I have to use the restroom at Laura's store, it's ALWAYS clean!!!!

I live right down the road and it's my favorite place to get snacks after a long day of studying. It's always so clean and well stocked. Plus staff and managers are always so helpful and friendly!

The new pizza promotion is great 1.99 or 1.49 if you have rewards. Tastes great and it’s cheap. Very nice employees

I always like stopping in here, the manager Laura, with all the tattoos is really funny and super sweet.

Don't give this place bad reviews, everyone that I've ever encountered who works there has been beyond nice and even gone above and beyond to help me out on occasion. These bad reviews are mostly devoid of substance.

Posted prices are not accurate. Over charged on items. Does the city have a code for businesses not keeping their pricing accurate? Great location. Double check on prices, Ask first and get receipt!

I would give 0 stars if I was able to. A older lady was working the register and she would not accept my gov issues and valid work permit card to buy some pods. Not when alcohol. She said it is not an acceptable form of ID which it is. Also tried taking my ID and keeping it with her when she said she couldn’t accept it. Which is ridiculous because it is government issued, valid, and I’m over 21 years old. I called to let her know that it is acceptable if she had done a simple google search or ACTUALLY studied ABC laws or validity of IDs in Arkansas like her job requires her to… she was extremely rude when I tried to explain to her that it was valid and government issued in which she stated she didn’t want to argue with me over my ID. There was no argument started on my end. It was a simple explanation that she didn’t want to hear. She also hung up on me over the phone when I was in the middle of explaining to her that it was valid and she didn’t have the right to try to keep it. I understand not wanting to risk your job if you are suspicious of fake ID or you’ve never seen my type of identification before but being rude and hostile is not a good representation of shell or EZ mart. Disgusting behavior on the cashier’s end honestly. At least be cordial and clear instead of being combative. It would really help if managers actually studied Arkansas government laws and educated themselves on work permits and green cards. Customer service training wouldn’t hurt either.

This place is terrible.
Only half the pumps work at a given time, assuming any of them work. The price is a few cents more expensive than anywhere else. The service is dreadful and the place is never clean or tidy. This is all especially bad considering that I’m sure this place makes a fortune, given the convenience and sheer volume of people that are always here. Do not go here, find somewhere else if you can help it. Terrible management.

Assistant manager denied my service animal entry after I Offered to provide their ID card & dog was wearing service vest. Assistant manager said it didn’t matter because she is allergic. Spoke to the manager & she said my Id card is probably fake & that she didn’t believe us. All of this was said before they even saw my animals ID. Offered to show my Dr’s note & they said they weren’t interested in seeing it because they already denied me entry. I let them know what they were doing was extremely illegal & it was all recorded by their cameras. Store Manager said to try to sue them and proceeded to call me a slur.

I live right next to this place and have so for a year now. This place always has tweekers or weird people working there who are incompetent. I had trouble in the past with some of the workers, but recently I had my ID confiscated, mind you I am well above of age to buy liquor and tabacoo. The lady working wanted a confrontation and egged me on about how my real ID was fake. She gave the police a hard time about the UD being fake and just looked stupid.. The police got my ID back however they said that this place was a joke and not to spend your money here. The dude who came out after I had my ID taken told me his ID was fake. I don't know how this is even possible.

Worst experience at any gas station, ever! Front store lady cussed at me and raised her voice over other customers. Manager had to get involved which solved nothing. I can’t be mad though, because at the end of the day, they work at a gas station instead of going across the street and getting a degree.

Please dont spend your money or time here! The new manager with short black hair is not professional, she tall stiff built and she has over work those employees at that store since i have been going there for a while, she is very rude and poor employees are stressed snd sad at the store, they always by themselves when they work unless the manager that claims she's works, then their multiple people doing nothing for the business. But smoke outside and have cars towed by the store manager husband company's this place is crypt, some one needs to fired the new manager seriously this not a healthy environment to come and vist the manager need to be replace witj some else cause she doing something fishy at the store i witness her talk down to her employees and yell at them ! Not very manager material please don't visit this store aave your money and go somewhere that actually cheaper then this overpriced double charge place, every manager that works there does nothing for their employee and have a power trip over things other don't take serious, AGAIN Don't Spend YOUR MONEY HERE OR TIME YOU'LL ALWAYS HAVE A BAD EXPERIENCE Everytime!

This short guy with a brown mullet was being rude to customers and harassing them and also threatening to tow me when I’m sitting in my car. The poor cashier seemed busy but he’s always outside smoking. Awful place, don’t spend your money here.
