AT&T Store

I am older and I dreaded opening a new account and buying a new phone but Patricia exceeded my expectations in both. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, patient, and thorough. I was very comfortable with her. Ty, Patricia.

The people that serviced my needs were kind attentive and professional. I went to a store out of my way to work with these young people. They are a credit to Att.

Angelica and her manager were so attentive and supportive but they also took the time to take care of me and inform me on what they were doing and why.

Sawyer was excellent! Gave me a sweet deal on the newest fanciest iPhone! Give that man a raise for his beautiful hair!

Salyna, the AT&T rep was excellent! She asked questions, listened to my needs and effectively addressed every issue I had. I'll definitely go back into the store for assistance.

Raul was super helpful! He made our visit to the store to transfer service extremely easy. I will definitely go back to this store if I need anything in the future and hope that he is there.

Samantha was so kind and knowledgeable! She made the process so quick and easy and I watched her efficiently help every customer who came in while also giving me the help and attention I needed. So thankful for good customer service! 🙌🏽 I highly recommend 😌

Today I went to this store and had the best customer service I have ever received. David went above and beyond with helping me. I am a college student away from home who needed to trade in my phone, and David made it so much easier then I thought it would be. He was very patient with me as I had to call my parents to make sure I was doing everything right and even talked to my parents helping them out. I highly recommend this location and asking for David specifically. I have nothing bad to say at all. I was right in and out of the store. Thank you David for all your help and such a great experience!!

I’ve been on the phone with ATT customer service multiple times and into other ATT stores trying to get Wi-Fi working . I stopped to get a new SIM card and Sawyer took care of that immediately. I mentioned my Wi-Fi calling issues and because of that was going to change a carrier’s. He had my Wi-Fi calling working within minutes. Sawyer is the best sales person ATT has in my book. Thank Sawyer!!

I had ordered mine and my husband's new phones online and had a terrible experience. After many long phone calls with the AT&T Customer Service, we went into the AT&T Store on MLK and Sawyer A was very professional, polite, quick, and great at his job! He activated our phones in no time! Thanks Sawyer, we appreciate you!!

Outstanding Service! came in here with an issue after the 3G Shutdown on FEB 22 2022, phone could do everything except make or receive calls. Spoke to one of their best tech agents "Osvaldo" or "OZ" for short. This guy is a real tech!! he figured out the issue with my phone and resolved it. I have personally worked in the IT / Tech industry for well over 10 years now and I must say "This guy needs a raise!!!" because he knows what he is doing, he also knows how to talk to customers and tell them the truth about what's going on and what to expect. Very friendly service experience!

Like his name, Oz is a wizard. I walked into his store VERY frustrated and walked out smiling. Not only did he help me with all of my issues, but he is one of the most personable people I have ever dealt with. He is so friendly and outgoing and really made sure that I was happy with everything we discussed. He is extremely kind and helpful.
