I was having an issue with my SIM, and Justice offered me awesome assistance. The customer service was top-notch. I appreciate that.

I don't really recommend the Samsung S23. I have small hands and it barely fits to type on. It's also VERY slippery and I've already lost it twice due to slipping into the couch or lzboy.
If I had known it was this small, I Def would not have purchased it.
The T-MOBILE crew wad great though. Very friendly & efficient & knowledgeable

Very grateful and pleased for the customer service we received here. We were switching 3 phones from two different services over to T Mobile. Our representative, Sean, helped us stack two different deals. When Straight Talk refused to tell him the account number, Sean guessed each digit (of the 15 digit account number) until he got the whole account number from them. He is a dedicated and fun representative. Come in and ask for Sean if you want a pleasant and seamless experience.

I had a billing issue (to no fault of the people here) and they handled the issue very politely and professionally. One person in particular named Isaac has been extremely helpful and understanding. He even helped me and my mom get set up on the same phone plan right after dealing with the aforementioned billing issue and is just overall a really chill dude. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Let me just start off by saying Charles (The Store Manager) is more than a pleasure. It seems these days people have forgotten how customer service works. This gentleman has not! When my partner and I walked in, we could see right away he was very busy but he still made it a point to acknowledge us and let us know he apologized and would be with us asap. When he had the chance to help I walked out a very happy customer.Did I mention I didn’t even have service with T-Moble?! I do now, and a IPhone 13 max pro to go with it.! I highly recommend Charles with T-Mobile!!! if I could rate him higher than 5 stars, I would!

Came in here today to switch account from Verizon to a better carrier, and I was blown away by the amazing staff. Store Manager Kenneth has been VERY patient (and with me being the customer, patience is needed). Himself and another gentleman named Andrew, knowing that I could not spend a lot, have shown me all the options available to me, walked me through plans, price differences and devices. I ended up getting a better plan and device than I thought I could afford. Companies always advertise how their customer service must be top notch, and thats what I experienced at this store!

I have Sprint and took my phone in after it wouldn't turn on and was having issues. Zak and Courtney were SO helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me in every way possible. If you are looking to buy a phone or having issues with your phone, I highly recommend this location. They are awesome!

We went to see Ethan today at T-mobile in Rogers at the Pleasant Grove store. He was extremely helpful as always. Great customer service and always gives us the plan that fits our lifestyle thank you.

Had to exchange two phones under my warranty. All the employees I worked with went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. There's a reason I've been a TMobile customer for over a decade.

Wonderful experience! I switched to Sprint from ATT and could not be happier. I was worried about the big change but Zach, Courtney and Shaq each came through for me and made it a quick, painless procedure. I will never go to a different store! Could not be happier.

Just had a great experience with Zak and Courtney at this new Tmobile location on MLK in Fayetteville Arkansas. Zak took much of his time to dedicate to me in helping me decide the best plan of action to suit my situation. Both he and Courtney should be commended. I've been a loyal Tmobile customer for over 9 years and they recognized me for that today. Makes me proud. I would highly recommend this new location to anyone. Extremely helpful, always taking care of my issues, always helping me set up new bluetooth items I buy, I was so tired of Verizon, and so happy I switched to this awesome company my coverage has been better, my speed is better, and I live in the country, absolutely no problems, wish I would have changed long ago.
