The Home Depot

We have been doing home projects and I have been in Home Depot many times. Melanie has been an absolute blessing! She helps me find exactly what I am looking for, and describes how to use it, and or gives me ideas. She takes plenty of time, and was absolutely delightful with my children! She does an amazing job, and a very thorough worker! Thanks so much Mel!

Miss Pam in the appliance department helped us pick out a stove & refrigerator. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about her products.
Besides that she is a great person. Shine on Ms. PAM!

They are hands on helpful! This gentleman helped us find the part, he didn't just avoid us , hide or point. Very impressed

It is a clean store. Great customer service when you find and employee at the back of store. Cashiers friendly.

I just wanted to thank Justin for going above and beyond helping me cut some pieces of lumber. I always feel like the staff at Home Depot goes the extra mile to help, which is why I keep gong back.

We started going here, after realizing how awful of a company Menards was. We switched and haven't looked back! The employees are always super helpful, the store is clean, and we can almost always find what we need. The prices are a little higher, but still worth it for the customer service alone.

It was early morning, I wasn't sure any place was open at 7am the Depot was and saved the morning.

Randal in the Garden Center was absolutely amazing. He gave me great advice on products and he even helped me load my bags of soil and mulch into my car. I was so impressed, I told all of my neighbors about his great customer service. I hope you are as lucky as me to run into Randal. If you need help in the Garden Center, definitely ask for him! Best customer service I have experienced in a long time.

Was in search of three mounting brackets for a drawer pull there were two on the shelf but I needed three. An employee named Mike asked if he could help and I told him of my situation, he looked and found that there were some in the overhead stock and got me set up and on my way. Very helpful, great experience on this trip.

Always a good experience at Home Depot!

Just bought a new appliance here. The young lady who helped me was great. She was very patient with me considering my lack of knowledge and explained everything clearly. I will be going back to this Home Depot location soon for my next purchase.

We needed to fix a broken step. They took our measurements and sawed a board to replace the old step... it fit perfectly...

We bought carpet from here on two occasions and it was nice. Installation went well, the contractors they sent were nice and quick. Removed the old carpet and took it away. Good selection of Christmas lights when it's the season. Otherwise it's certainly a decent Home Depot and has all that stuff for your home.

Pretty good selection. I ordered a large number of lumber from online for home delivery because I do not have a truck. Most of the pieces were straight and usable for finishing my basement. The workers unloaded everything to my driveway and it was very convenient for me.

Stopped in for the first time since moving to the area tonight and was very impressed. Multiple people throughout the store were extremely helpful, going out of their way to help me find items I was looking for and a solution to a challenge that I had. I will definitely return to this location!

Home Depot was FANTASTIC!!! THE ARTIFICIAL PLANTS AND FLOWERS COULD NOT HAVE LOOKED BETTER , PACKED PERFECTLY, SHELF ARRIVED WITHOUT A SCRATCH AND THE EMPLOYEES WENT BEYOND WHAT THEY HAD TO DO TO HELP

Andy was awesome! Helped me with my Husky tool chest purchase. Everyone I encountered was very friendly.

My husband and I came in and purchased a 450 pound Milwaukee Tool Chest. Justin was our sales associate and took very good care of us! Of course it was too much for the two of them to load so the troops were called in! A special shout out to Justin, Nihad, Corwyn, Jack, and Jacob! Not one time did we hear moaning or complaining about the task! They all laughed and took on the challenge! PLEASE be sure and recognize these gentlemen for a job and service well done! THANKS!

I find everyone at HD to be helpful & knowledgeable. Also, I must say they are very lenient with their return policies.
