Good Ole JC Penny. Two months before Christmas and already yuletide stuff is available. With Thanksgiving over a month away, I'm expecting to see Easter items ready for purchase around New Year's Eve. Lol!!! Seriously though, this store is very clean and really good deals.

Writing my review for Esmeralda at the photo department. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! I took photos at a different jc penny location and they came out horrible because the lady was not welcoming or warming. Esmeralda had my 4 month old smiling in every single photo. The photos came out so perfect. I cannot wait to pass these out and will probably book again just for her for the holidays.

I was really pleasantly surprised at how nicely I was treated at JCPenney's extra stores inside, I went to optical for a new pair of glasses and the portrait studio to re-do grad photos and the people helping me were amazing!! Just very nice people who wanted to help me out as best they could. It also helps that the store back in those areas aren't crazy, so they weren't stressed out and panicking like a lot of the floor people probably are.

For a Department Store they are pretty good. There were plenty of new styles and a designs along with the standards. You have to look around to find the sales but they are there.

Great selections at great prices. Very customer friendly staff.

This JCP in Orland is awesome employees very friendly and helpful. Store well stocked.

My go-to place for pajamas at Christmastime! I can always find what I need.

Lisa was the best Associate here, very patient and super helpful. She advised us to open a store card for an extra discount since we were making a big purchase. She definitely is an asset to this location.

Black Friday deals already!! That's nice!

Our shopping experience was excellent. We were looking to dress 2 beds completely, a king size and a queen size. We were able to find very comfortable great quality bed clothes for each bed on sale for $49 per bed. Lots of colors to choose from and completely sealed in a zippered box. Very satisfied customer.

This was the best JCPenny we had ever been to. Kudos to their buyers! We live in Cedar Rapids & our location didn't have HALF the selection that this one did. I'm happy we had a limited time to be there because I was definitely going to go back & spend a dangerous amount of money 😁

Excellent store with great staff. Clearance areas have incredible bargains. Online ordering gives you what you want when not on shelves. People must support these stores or they will be gone for good. Buying online will not give you the same experience then in-store. Fitting rooms are a convenience online will not provide. Jobs these stores provide are vital to many communities.

The staff is always friendly here I’m actually on my way there now somehow google knew but I always find the best deals for casual wear dress wear even swimwear at great prices I mainly shop in the clearance section for last minute travel where and always find some great deals.

They have great sales and they have big sizes and a big selection of clothes for everyone.

There was a woman in the intimates section who helped me out tremendously!! Today, I went in at the last hour, right before closing, looking for new bras. Sometimes doing so can be a a headache but she made it so smooth and effortless. She helped find sizes and styles until I was happy with my purchase. She was patient and sweet. I wasn’t able to get her name but I just wanted to review just in case her manager would see! She needs the acknowledgment. She’s amazing, thank you again! ❤❤

Well organized and much cleaner than other Penneys.

Best place to buy men's shirts because of sizing options. I wear fitted shirts and they have an excellent selection at sale prices. Someone was there to check my neck and sleeve length measurements. I have an unusual size combination and they have plenty in stock. Excellent tie and pants selection also. Awesome!

I found the perfect outfit for my niece's wedding and I will always shop at JC Penney and actually I forgot my earrings or the cashier forgot to put my earrings in a bag and they actually mail them to my house this is what I love about companies like this they take care of their people 1st.
