Macy’s in Orland Park IL. is a wonderful store with very professional and knowledgeable sales staff. The return counter service is extremely efficient and easy to go through as well. I had the opportunity to encounter the sweetest salesperson in women’s shoes! She was young, friendly, very helpful and accommodating as she processed my purchases! I hope Macy’s in Orland Park, IL. remains open for many years to come!

Never thought I would find a DEEP LOVE for cowboy boots but HERE WE ARE & Macy’s brand, INC (international concepts) DID IT! ALSO, it’s big calf friendly!! Such a wonderful PLUS!!

Always impressed with this location. Recently came to buy a few pairs of shoes & store was peaceful, very festive, & cozy with beautiful Christmas decorations. I was helped by Hanna in the shoe department and she was so very patient, warm, and polite. Thanks so much for the help, Hanna!!

We go here mist of the time for clothing and cosmetics. Natalie in Lancome is super helpful and professional. Can't miss if she helps you. Selection of clothing is usually the best and having petite sizes helps. Overall a great store.

I had the best experience with Tasyaona B. I first called the store looking for help. While I was waiting to get through to a store associate, I hoped I would have someone kind and helpful. I feel Customer Service in general is just not as kind and friendly as it should be.
Tasyaona was exactly what I was hoping to find. She was so helpful and encouraged me to ask her anything I was confused about. I was going to enter the store shortly after the call and she even directed me where to find her if I still needed more help. Tasyaona really made my experience excellent, stress-free, quick and easy.

They had a 70% and 65% off I gotten a king size comforter it came with 2 shams and a decorative pillow everyone was very nice and helpful I had never been in Macy’s I started my Christmas shopping they have really good deals

We were looking for a specific toy and as the employee, Kendra, was leaving for home noticed, she asked if we needed help. She went and got it for us!! Thank you so much!! Truly a standout employee and individual!

I ordered online from here scents we've never purchased before and was unaware of the scents so we went to the fragrance counter before we got home and opened them..... and let's just say we added some new gems that we probably would have never gave a second thought.... I've never worn or even smelled coach before and after going to pick up the 2 for hubby John Varvatos and the Paco we ended up sampling and purchasing a coach for him and myself a fragrance we always just walked past. I appreciate the honest and very patient customer service we received here...... I defiantly will return and soon....

I enjoyed this visit because the employees were very patient with my mother, and we were able to find everything we needed. From shoes to luggage, to the sample sprays of sweet presumes, to the 25% + sell of jewelry.I can't wait to go back.

Cheryl at the shoe department is so a sweet and patient with her customers. Me being a plus size women, the aren’t many options out there for wide feet. She made sure I was tried on the shoes and walk in them to make sure I had the right purchase. She took her time and made me feel respected and not judged. Will definitely go back and look for her whenever I am ready for new shoes. Thank you so much Cheryl you are a great person to work for Macy’s.

She was so helpful to my mother who went in for an online order exchange . She went in and Ashley was able to help fast and even gave us some small free sample. She was kind and went at our pace and made the exchange easy given it was an online order.

I never been in Macy's it has nice quality clothes salesladies were real nice and very professional the personal stylist Heather was real nice and cordial and she helped me alot

We had an order for pick up at Orland Park, which got canceled. We were not aware of it. And reached Orland Park by driving down for like more than an hour.Pamela, the manager went out of the way to search for the same items in the store. Luckily we found those watches!!Pamela personally made sure that we got what we wanted. It was a great experience!!
