Nathan Stern, James & Sons did a wonderful job resizing my rings, resetting a family piece, and examined all stones making sure they were secure in their settings. James and Sons did an awesome job on my mother's rings. One of them needed the prongs reinforced to secure the diamond. Clare did an awesome job on keeping me informed on what to expect at every step of the process. She really displayed a excellent level of customer service. I will be reaching out again. Kacie was absolutely wonderful! She helped me create a beautiful gold aquamarine bracelet for my daughter's golden birthday which was quite the challenge! I had already gone to several other jewelers but with no luck. It is rare to find aquamarines, which is my daughter's birthstone, laid in yellow gold, which would match her wedding ring & would also resemble the "gold" in golden birthday. Kacie took the time to find the perfect aquamarines, which is not easy, had them shipped in & she was able to help me create the perfect beautiful bracelet I was searching high & low for! Not all jewelers have the resources to do this, as I have also learned, so I was very very happy & relieved that I finally found the perfect bracelet for my daughter thanks to Kacie and James & Sons!

Excellent job on a dainty tennis bracelet repair. I’ve had this thing break 4 times in the last few years 😂 so comparing with repairs at other places, price was fair and craftsmanship was on point!

Bonnie is the best and takes such great care of us! She’s so wonderful and always a pleasure to work with. For many years, I’ve been driving a long way to come to James and Sons because of Bonnie. The new location is beautiful and we’re looking forward to many more visits!

James & Sons has been our "go-to" jeweler for many years. They offer unique jewelry pieces as well as assistance with jewelry repairs. Today I needed help with a repair and i was able to get several jewelry pieces checked & cleaned. They are always very helpful & accommodating. Of course, i spotted some new pieces to put on my wish list.

Came in person to view rings in the store while visiting for a holiday and was shown rings by Jimmy who was extremely thorough and professional and answered all my questions. After returning home I worked with Jimmy over the phone for the next month or so to finalize the deal which consisted of me giving him a diamond I had already and them getting the ring made to the stone's specifications.
Afterwards they gave an appraisal of the ring, allowing modification as needed at no extra charge and were willing to ship it to where I lived versus making me fly there to get it.

I definitely recommend working with them.

Stopped in last week to adjust the bands on a few watches. Took a gander around the store and noticed their new Tudor showroom. The ambiance of the layout was captivating and incredibly elegant. Bertie was kind enough to balance a few things and allowed me to try on some pieces. Walked out with a beautiful black bay ceramic! Jimmy came over and spoke to us while helping getting the BB registered for warranty. He was extremely knowledgeable and we had an awesome time chatting with him. Without hesitation this is my go to for all jewelry needs/wants. Very excited to visit Bertie in the near future for my wedding bands.
