I love this Jewel. Ever since the pandemic, I usually get most of my groceries through pick up. I've used them 2 times so far and now this is my go to Jewel. They called me this morning for my pick up order to substitute an item. The yogurt I initially bought was a lot cheaper but Christina at jewel was able to keep the price for what I initially bought the yogurt that they didn't have. She didn't have to do that but it's the little things that make a huge difference. The employees are super friendly and the store inside is nice and clean.

Have not had any issues with this chain so far. I love the deals and I never have any issues with lines. It has everything we could ever need and they are open till late unlike other competitors. Got a membership with this chain and I am loving it all so far.

Pick up and go order. Brought out quickly. Associate was friendly and put my items in my trunk nicely (bread on top, not smashed).

This jewel is one of the best locations that I've been to. The deli department and the bakery department are top-notch. The Just for U savings offers very good deals each week. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is easy to navigate and is very clean. They are doing a great job with social distance thing and keeping their store safe to shop at.

The store was beautiful clean and the employees were very friendly and service was great. The produce was fresh and I had no problem finding what I needed. I would like to compliment the manager Johnathan the cashier Christopher and the bagger Matt for such wonderful service. I will be coming back. Love this place..

This location is always clean, the employees are very friendly, and items are usually in stock. I have zero complaints.

I went for one item. I found it immediately and checked myself out quickly. But, sometimes the lines are so long it seems crazy to keep shopping there. They don't seem to manage the available help or train enough of them to work registers when there is a surge.

One of my favorite Jewels. Always have what I need in stock, very friendly staff, always a quick checkout. There are times when it’s out of my way to pick up a few things but I still come here for the things I need.

My first time at this Jewel Osco. It was well stocked. I stopped on a Monday evening for the Chicken special, the food was fresh out the fryer. Fantastic!

The racks are full and organized. Good soup and on Thursdays is your best price for sushi

My neighborhood store. This is the to-go-to store. Love the flowers and all the food is easily found. The store was recently organized to a new format. The shelves are stocked and food is fresh. Highly recommended.

The butcher at the Jewel on 127th & Harlem is awesome. Her name is Crystal. I asked for a bigger pot roast then they had out & she personally cut me the size I needed. That is customer service!

This Jewel is amazing. I believe they should have a better variety of vegan food. Like just eggs and other items for vegetarians.
