I went to Lowe’s in Orland Park seeking help to get a screen door installed. I had had a bad experience with a Home Depot installation I was scheduled to receive. Fortunately, I met a salesperson named Katy Sandusky, I told her my experience and she made us her special project, went out of here way and above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers, (even gave us her special project a name). She was absolutely fantastic!!! Her customer service was superb!! We hit it off immediately!! I told her how important it was for my mom to get this done since she waited so long for Home Depot to get back to her. It took one day to get someone to come out and measure and the third day to get an install. By the following week we had a new door! My mom was so pleased with her and how promptly she made everything happen she had me get on google to share our experience, I gladly obliged!! Thanks Katy for your extra special professionalism, spunky personality and amazing customer service!! We wish we could have gave our experience 10 stars because you were just that great!!💫💫💫

Lowe's in Orland Park is a great store for me to purchase all of my home improvement needs. The store is very clean and neat and well lit. They have brand name tools as well as their own brand of well manufactured tools. Big appliance section with knowledgeable people to help. Friendly staff throughout the store is that is always available for questions and to help find what ever you need. Lowe's honors its Veteran employees with vests indicating that they have served in the military. A 10% discount on most items is available for veterans. Check out staff is also great and courteous.

I have to say from the moment I walked in the Lowe's. In Orland park there was a young man that was extremely helpful. In fact, another gentleman passed by and he started helping me find another product at the same time. I got everything I needed with a smile. In fact, what I wanted was boxed up. They had to find it. They had to get a letter. They had to grab it off the top shelf. All with the best attitude I've ever experienced at any store. Thank you, I will be going back.

Took my son to the kids workshop today and we absolutely LOVED IT! The staff was very nice, especially John. He helped us with our toolbox and was very engaged with all of the kids. Thank you again John!

Excellent customer service at the self check out cashier. Young man was very curious and professional. He enjoyed his job & it showed. I enjoyed coming to this Lowes store . Always clean & very bright. Lots of parking, very clean on the outside.

I had a great experience with Isabel ( appliance section). She was very knowledgeable and very patient.
Isabel was also great with numbers and knew what my goals were.
I highly recommend if your shopping appliances see Isabel at Lowe's in Orland Park.

It was the first time either of us had ever done turning! The instructor was so patient and explained everything wonderfully. We will definitely be back for another class.

This location is the absolute best; from the cabinet associates to the blind/window associates and especially all the front end associates, they all give more assistance, professional help than one expects. Everyone assisted through my numerous/various renovations crises to the point that because of them, everything was resolved with no delays. And they were on top of assisting with refunds and replacement purchases. I will only shop this location!!!!

Eric is the best person I met he is amazing he help us in every thing we need he is very polite and great person. I highly recommend for his promotion. Lowe’s must be proud of such an amazing employee. Eric best of luck.

Lowes is the very best hardware store with employees that care about customer's happyness! I highly recommend a visit even if you don't need anything.

Stopped in to purchase a few odd items (items not on the top ten list for sales volume) this afternoon. After a trip around the store we didn't find anything we were looking for so we found Mel. A retired Marine who took us around locating everything on our list. Our shopping experience was definitely enhanced due to Mel and his friendly and informative manners.
The store was clean and seemingly well stocked. An employee like Mel really served to make our experience pleasurable.

Needed a part fast for a plumbing project and total time round-trip was about 1 hour from order placement to curbside delivery and back.

Excellent place to find everything you need for your home or big occasions. They also rent trucks if you need to move some things. You can make copies of keys there too. And you'll always find a helpful Lowe's employee to help with a smile. Recommend it totally.

Consistent with my experience at nearly all Lowe's stores, this one is impressively staffed and managed by Pablo Rodriguez. Remarkably helpful and friendly staff. Special thanks to both Josh and Armando for what I can tell is the "go, don't show" mentality of customer service. Keep up the great work

Veronica helped us with our kitchen plan layout and was very helpful and courteous to us it was very pleasant to meet with her.

All I needed was my blades sharpened on my lawn mower. We agreed Thursday would be good for pick up and then I paid.

Appliance department, has Jane she was very helpful and easy to work with. Plenty of options and price range. Some available to deliver in 1 day!
