Chill spot with good food. Both my wife and I enjoyed our meals. The service was friendly and welcoming. Would come here again

I placed an online delivery order. When I received it, I was missing a drink and a sandwich got mixed up. I called the store and they offered to redeliver the items. I was skeptical since it’s through a third party system. I wish I caught the name of the woman I spoke to! But she was phenomenal! She made sure the order was redelivered and fixed the problem immediately! The service I received was excellent! Even though there was a mistake, I will be returning to this location because of the great service.

Most places are short staffed so I totally understand and have patience knowing how hard it is, yet I was still provided with great service. My mobile order came out pretty quickly, around 5 minutes which I expected to be longer especially since there was a lot of people waiting for their food and it was a Saturday. I was impressed and everything tasted delicious. I made a request on my order also and they followed through with it by putting certain ingredients on the side and I was pleased! One of the workers was also super nice and friendly who gave me my order! It speaks volumes when it’s busy yet you can still remain calm, professional, and make others feel good.

Cashier was very friendly the atmosphere was refreshing I like the fireplace especially that's suitable for in and outdoors I can't wait for summer seating outdoor ambience my grandaughter Caswell as my daughter enjoyed soulful peace and eating Caswell to last bite 😋

I've been to many Panera Bread Cafes through the U.S. and in a "post covid" world it is darn near impossible to find adequate help...with that, I am learning to extend even more grace to service workers in all establishments.
Today, all of the coffee was lukewarm...I asked for the manager to let them know....well Becky came out with the most beautiful smile and countenance.
Right away, she not only brewed a fresh pot of my favorite coffee...hazelnut...but she came to my table and offered to make my coffee with all the fixins so I wouldn't have to get up! For that kind gesture alone I will return again and again to this particular Panera. She corrected the issue immediately and then went above and beyond!! Thank you!

Didn't try the food, we only had coffe. We sat by the fireplace on a nice couch, felt cozy like home.

Just want to give thanks where it’s due and big thank you to Megan @ this location! Had an order delivered and we suspect the delivery driver took the bag of the side baguettes out of our bag before being delivered. We were a little bummed since my coworkers and I love the bread! She did her best to make it right especially since it is a third party that does the delivering and she checked the bag before it went out. I know it’s hard working in customer service right now, especially involving food and delivery orders so I just want to say I appreciate your dedication to making the customer experience a great one!

This is a really neat place, very comfortable and welcoming. The staff was friendly and the service was efficient and wonderful. The food is really delicious, I love the chicken salad sandwich and the soups, of course.

Excellent customer service. Soup was so fresh and boiling hot. Danielle was so sweet she gave my daughter the bread she liked after we ordered because it tasted so good and fresh she had to have another piece! I also saw her cleaning the counters and stocking napkins and utensils. All the staff there tonight (6/28/2021) were super nice and helpful. There was a young man behind the bakery counter ( sorry I didn’t catch his name) who had a very difficult customer order right after me but he was all smiles the whole time and was super nice to her! She was telling him how to cut the bread and how to turn on the machine even though he obviously knew how! And she was even trying to tell him how her dozen bread/bagels should be bagged! Thank you all for being so great!

They have Great soups& Salads. It is anEnjoyable Diming Experience!!!!

The coffee is great you can refill while sitting in the restaurant. They have many delicious baked items such as bread, pastries and cookies. The menu includes fresh salads and sandwiches. There's also a selection of soups. There's wifi and ample plugs and seating space to set up a laptop and meet with others (except sometimes during peak hours).

Stopped in for lunch at one of the busiest times of the day. I was greeted by Donna over on the bakery side. She was extremely nice and accurate while repeating my order back. She couldn’t have been any more pleasant. Thanks Donna for the great service!

Great customer service, especially by Nick. He welcomed us in and answered every question we had respectfully and thoroughly. He also recommended some pastries to us, and boy were they delicious!
