Agrace Thrift Pack Up Pick Up

The Agrace Pack Up and Pick Up crew did a great job for us! They carefully explained how everything would work, and came right on the schedule they gave us. They were very respectful of our situation and were very easy to work with. They took care of a big job for us that we needed done quickly in order to avoid paying an additional month’s rent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We used the Agrace Pick Up services two different times for a family member last year. The staff couldn’t have been any better. They showed up on time and loaded up their truck with the furniture and housewares we were donating New Year’s Eve!!! After the family member passed away a few months later they came back and took the remaining furniture donations. Very helpful staff and a great agency to donate to!!

I recommended Agrace to assist the family of my deceased neighbor and they did an excellent job. They were always punctual and very clear on the service they could provide. They were especially respectful and careful with the donations they picked up. This is important with some families. Every item was carefully packed and not damaged. Highly recommend!

I wish there were words to fully describe how invaluable this service, which I have used several times this year alone, has been for me. From submitting a request for pickup to the actual pickup, I was treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism from every member of the staff. Without fail they arrived in the designated time frame and treated all of the items I donated with care.
