KWIK TRIP #1511

I would like to let you know about this Kwik Trip. It is one of the smaller stores. That being said, it has the best employees. They are always so polite and friendly. They greet every person with a smile. I would like to give a special shout-out to Jerry. Always so friendly and polite. She makes me smile every time I see her. Ty Jerry. And to the rest of the crew, you are all awesome 👍 ty all. You make this my favorite store.

I am not sure at all what all these whiny, negative reviews are about. We finally got a Kwik Trip! The people behind the counter are super friendly. Stop complaining about plexi glass between you and them? Are you kidding me? The food is hot, everything we want is in stock and the staff is friendly and helpful. Everything you could want from a convenience store.

Very professional and friendly staff! The store is very clean and well stocked! Courtney and Marcy are my favorite staff members.

Friendly people, gas station prices

Clean. Very good gas.

I would give this station 5 stats if it wasn't for the painfully slow fuel pumps. Takes 10 minutes to pump 20 gallons. It's a convenient stop for me, but I try to avoid when I need fuel fast.

I brought my service dog into the store. As always I had his ID in my hand in case he was questioned. I would have left him in the car, but it is winter and I didn't want him to freeze. Even though I only planned on being in the store for a second. I was only in the store to grab a drink and was doing so as quickly as I could, because I only had a few minutes to get to work. As I was walking towards the register the short older woman, with gray hair came over to me. She rudely told me my dog was not allowed in the store. I told her he was a service dog and continued my walk towards the register waiting for her to check me out. She was rude to me during the entire process of checking out. I am younger and do get questioned about my dog being a service animal. However, most people ask if he is one before they try to throw someone out of the store. In this instance, I was yelled at with no questions asked. I cannot believe how rude this woman was to me.

Very rude person behind counter. When I asked what my total was she continued to repeat anything else several times. I explained to her that they were out of coffee (only got half cup full) ☕ a certain flavor I prefer she said o well and. Did I mix and match flavors. Extremely rude will not be returning.

Did not appreciate getting a lecture from the cashier about some conspiracy theory she had about Ben & Jerry's after she saw the ice cream I was buying.
