KFC

Online order was canceled by KFC. I didn't see the cancled message until 15 minutes before I was to pick it up. The staff was extremely helpful (as it wasn't canceled on their part). The nicely put together my large order right away, and my order was ready on time. Thank You.

Just picking up a quick bite after work

After returning home with an order I had placed online, I discovered a couple items were missing. I called the restaurant, and the very pleasant gentleman who I had seen earlier apologized sincerely and.offered some extra items for my inconvenience. I returned about 30 minutes later and the same person gave me the missing items plus the extras.

Generally speaking, this is good customer service--but because he was so professional and very sincere, he deserves extra kudos. He is a terrific asset to the store and I hope he is recognized for his talent.

I chose this KFC location not because it was convenient for me, because it's not. But because the KFC closest to me is a complete disaster, if only sporadically open and frequently runs out of items like chicken. I have stopped at the location before and knew they were quick, friendly and dependable. They are how a KFC location should be run! Thank you!

I was surprised by the poor reviews I read about this location. We have been here three times in the last few weeks and the service has been top notch. They have taken time to let us know if there is a wait on any of our order items before we paid so we could choose if we wanted to wait or change our order or go elsewhere. The first of our recent visits was within 5 minutes of close and they not only served us but were more than willing to make up our chicken tenders that late since they were out at that time.

Best chicken in a long time.

KFC is literally the best. I've never been inside, I always drive-through, but the food is absolutely DELICIOUS. Puppy loves it as well, and he can rest easy knowing that there's still good food in this world.

It was a rainy day, and KFC was busy. So busy, that they ran out of some items! However, staff were fast and friendly, and whoever was running the fryer was doing a perfect job.

There was a several minute wait for our food to be made (as they were out of mashed potatoes - it was late night). The nice young man helping us gave us a free dessert for our wait and was very polite!

Great team. Food is hot and fresh. Both dining area and outside parking area are clean. Friendly customer service.

The cashier was really nice and helped us figure out the best way to order for our large family. The food taste is just as you would expect it to be, the restaurant was clean.

I just stopped to pick up a $5 Fill up for my son and he said the meal was amazing and it was a satisfying meal! Drive through was fast and the gentleman helping us was courteous and professional!

Food quality was good, the order was correct and they weren't shy with sauces like most other places.

best kfc in town....food is always hot and fresh...i never get sick after eating here...the manager is super friendly and patient when i order... i love this location...won't get kfc anywhere else

These guys always do a good job at this location... It's the only one I trust to get it right in the Madison area
