This is our closest Menards. We know the store backwards and forwards. The employees here are amazing. Xavier in counter and cabinets is the most professional sales representative I have ever worked with ANYWHERE. James and the customer service desk is top notch and will always take care of you. The GM and AGM are always friendly. By far the best Menards around!

Xavier from cabinet design is incredible! So knowledgeable and personable. I worked with him to make a second kitchen and it was better than I could imagine. Be sure to set up an appointment! He truly listens and breaks down every detail. His talents in creating the lifelike designs is fast and impressively helpful. A valuable asset to Menards or any cabinet supplier.

It was great. We went for a light bulb that melts wax and makes your home smell good. And they had it! Store is clean and staff is helpful. We bought more than the bulb. They have loads of stuff.

Light clamps for my indoor greenhouses are essential for scaling up my wildflower propagation efforts after COVID put the brakes on all. They understood the urgency of all, extremely well, and made every detail explicit and relaxed.
Lowe's, Home Depot, all other big boxes are corporatized & cool to the touch by comparison. Menard's staff are accessible, & if they can't do it for you, by golly they'll find exactly the right person who can. How great is that?

Had everything I needed and very helpful staff, Jake at the Building Materials Desk, helped me find what I needed and was very kind!

I usually dont ever leave reviews but i had one of the best customer service experience ever. Jason from the hardware department approached me and asked if i needed help. Told him i wanted to buy a nail gun but didnt know which one to get. He gave me some good recommendations on what i should get and told me everything that i would need. As a new homeowner a lot of this stuff was new to me. I really appreciate Jason's help with my purchases. Please let Jason know he made my experience at Menards great!

Has just about everything you need. Better than Home Depot or Lowes for price and selection. The folks that work there are super friendly and helpful. Plus, they're serious about Covid-19 prevention. As a bonus, they're based in Wisconsin!

Great place to get anything you need. Whether it be light bulbs, cleaning supplies, tools, and anything in between. Chances are, if you need it, they'll have it. And at a great price too, especially if you catch their 11% rebate

I'm here every day. The people giving this location a bad review expect too much. They go into a hardware store with no idea what they need and get upset when an innocent employee cannot decipher their incompetence. Do your research online prior and it will take minutes instead of hours.

06.18.2022 Went in the p.m. Asked a wonderful woman in Lighting for help finding a product. She wanted to make sure our product was in building supplies, as not to send us to the wrong dept. She then directed us on how to get to the back corner of the store. Building supplies. I didn't get her name but what a Jem you have there in Lighting. 5/5 stars for her wonderful service! That next couple of days, I had called for questions on an item, I didn't know which dept so I pressed 22 and asked them which dept had my item. Sent me to th wrong dept where I talked to a very rude guy who could really care less, I told him what I was looking for and he was talking to other associates, and even said sorry, I was listening to my associates talk to me can you repeat that. So I did, asked for item, they did have it bc it was th wrong dept. Got transferred to Noah, was very helpful in answering my questions about item. Then went later that day and was looking for plumbing and asked a wmn who was pointing the way and another young lady, whom drives a jeep, that works in the Lighting dept, was going home and walked me to the plumbing dept. Said she works next door in lighting. You need to get these wonderful women a raise and ask them to teach a class on how customer service should be. I mean lighting dept for the win!! I WANT TO CELEBRATE THESE WONDERFUL WOMEN FOR THEIR WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! MANAGEMENT GIVE THEM RAISES!! 🥳🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

My home Menards. The layout makes more sense than most to me. I go there for different things than home depot. Can't be beat for PT lumber. Have gotten good cedar as well. Way cheaper than local lumber yards and have good stuff if you're willing to sort.

This is Andrew Benards “the nard dogs” favorite store. They also sell dollies.

They sell face masks at the entrance for less than $1 each. Downside is long lines during busy times. They have most everything. Staff are willing to help you find things but no guarantee that everyone will know what you're looking for. Ask more than one staffer if you don't find what you want. Best choice is a manager.
