Lovely service! Staff were busy and kept apologizing, but there was no need. I ordered a blonde vanilla latte with 2 pumps vanilla, hot. It came iced (and was corrected). It was by far the best vanilla latte I've ordered from any Starbucks location! I also ordered a grande honey almondmilk flat white - spectacular!

And the merchandise section was fully stocked. So excited to come back to this location for merchandise and seasonal drinks 🙌

I will leave a 5 star because I absolutely love this location, I always order ahead and my drink is ready when I get there, and perfect every time. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I'm just sad because I haven't been able to order ahead the past few days, and when I left for work early today so I had time to wait in the drive thru (about 3:40p.m.), they informed me they closed at 3:30 today. I didn't have a backup plan because the app didn't say they were closing or anything, otherwise I would have stopped at Dunkin off the interstate in Cottage Grove. I might have to make Dunkin my go to now and that just makes me sad, I hope they go back to their regular hours and bring back online ordering soon!!

The drive-through was SO busy, yet the line moved along at an unexpectedly quick pace. The young lady running the drive-through window was a great example of awesome customer service. Efficient and friendly, I wish I could remember her name.. I was there 6/8 between 9:40 and 10AM. Thank you for being so good at your job!!! AND the drinks I purchased were also made correctly and were delicious!

Didn’t get his name but the thin guy with the European accent that took my order this morning was fantastic. Best service in a while.

A worker named Marie was working drive thru when me and my grandma ordered and she was phenomenal! There was a bit of confusion with our order and she went above and beyond to ensure we had a satisfied visit. And we did!! This girl deserves a raise!

The best Starbucks interaction I’ve ever had! The Starbucks was extremely clean and well taken care off. The baristas were extremely helpful, kind, and hilarious. I had just passed my motorcycle permit exam, and the barista wrote congrats on the packaging. I felt well taken care of and wanted. Thank you!

Weird as this may seem this is my favorite Starbucks in Madison. Also great drinks, friendly baristas and the drive-thur line is never too long! Very nice, shady outdoor space. Good, convenient food available.

I stopped by today on my way home and was greeted through the drive thru speaker by Mikey, what a wonderful person! He was so kind, welcoming and upbeat throughout my entire transaction. If he's not already he should be training others to share such a positive attitude and should be paid accordingly!

This is my FAVORITE starbucks location. The energy in here is always so positive and uplifting. The customer service is always on point and the drinks too! I will always go out of my way to buy my morning coffee from THIS starbucks because they always make it a great experience. This morning, Ash helped me pick out a new drink to try and started my day off right! Thank you!!

The atmosphere here is wonderful! The staff always greet you as soon as you walk into the door and reassure you that they will be with you in just a short while as they finish up whatever task is at hand for them. At the register the employee always repeats the order back to you just to double check they will be making your order correctly & it really comes off that everyone there loves their job. I come to this location almost daily and each visit they always make small talk to ensure a swiftly happy visit.

Good strong coffee! Starbucks done well. Kudos!!!

Within the last couple months, this Starbucks seems to have really stepped up their service! Every employee interaction I've had has been incredibly friendly and my orders have been correct and well-made, even though they always seem to be totally swamped.

Special shoutout to Mikey and Shannon working the drive-thru this weekend, whose incredibly cheerful demeanors were a highlight of my Sunday. The drive-thru line was long but quick.

My only comment, which Starbucks can't do much about, is their incredibly inefficient parking lot/drive-thru combination which can turn into an absolute mess at times.

Staff in this location is top notch, speedy and friendly with added organization for online orders unlike most other locations. Its worth my time to skip the Sun Prairie locations to take my business here.

Mask policy is what it is, staff is only following orders. I've been in jobs that can fire you for not upholding policy.

The drive thru was the busiest part of the store so there was plenty of seating. The service was a little slow due to the drive thru customers but that was understandable!

went to this starbucks this morning and was very pleased. took a bit to get food/drinks because we went early at a busy time. esther was the girl who was in the drive thru window and was such a sweet girl. kept a fun conversation while waiting for our food, and made everyone in the car laugh. she had great service. keep up the good work esther!!

Friendly staff. On vacation for a week. I visited every day. They always got my order right. Super fast.

they were accommodating when they were out of an ingredient for a drink and got us a good fresh coffee for our road trip. also:
someone in the drive through ordered a drink that was just half lemonade and half sweet cream while we were in the lobby. godspeed baristas and good luck

I go to Starbucks at some point everyday. Out of ALL the locations I've been to - THIS is the best one. My coffee always tastes absolutely AMAZING when I choose this location. My job sends me to Madison twice per week and getting coffee from THIS particular Starbucks is a highlight of that long commute.
