Whenever I need paint, I choose SW. The products are better and cover with less.

This was my first time painting a room and purchasing paint with supplies. I came in and explained my situation to the store associate. I needed a good paint since I was covering a bold blue and wanted the room to be the brightest white. Long story short the store associate walked through the store with me and helped me pick out everything I needed. In all, I was in and out with everything I needed. Plus the prices seem to be good since I bought top of the line supplies.

Had to match some old paint that had been discontinued in a new to us house. Crystal went above and beyond, called contacts that would know the discontinued paint recipe. It was a PERFECT MATCH and made our lives so much easier than repainting an entire floor! We will be going back again and again while updating this house. Thanks so much!

I love this store. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. I've been there for many projects & I consistently have a positive experience. I've used a lot of different paints in the past, and this paint is superior (honestly, I would go back just for that reason). But, I learn new painting tips every time I go, and I love that all my custom colors are saved for later. Highly recommend.

We have been using Sherwin Williams for over 40 years. The paint quality is incomparable to others. Staff at the East side Madison store have always been very knowledgeable and helpful with my projects. They've taken plenty of time and helped with color matches, as well as appropriate paint products for particular projects.

I was treated in a very professional but friendly manner. the clerk acted as if he enjoyed working with me. I brought in a previously purchased gallon of paint, and the clerk gladly evaluated its viability and even shook it for me He even offered to put my purchases in a box and carry it to my car. A very enjoyable experience!

Came in the store with a pillow in a color that I liked and said, "I would like this color in a paint that will be used in a bathroom." Easy peasy and they handed me my gallon of paint within 10min I was out the door. Turned out to be a perfect match. Love it and thank you!

You can go in without having any idea of what you really want, and come out educated on what suits your situation best. The staff members are very accommodating, knowledgeable, patient, and they ensure you the customer have the best experience!!!!
I would not hesitate to recommend this store. If you are a "NOVICE" like us, Have no fear, step right in!!

Everyone was friendly and pointed me in right direction. THEN, a consultant offered to help me and that was Kathryn. Without her I would not have known how to proceed in picking out colors for my entire house. We booked a consultation and she helped me pick out all my colors - that worked well with my wood floors and my woodwork. This made all the difference and now I will buy all my paint there.

Great service! Past invoice was available to store employee and I was able to get exactly the deck stain and color I needed. Paint was ready for pick up 30 minutes later!

The paint we have used is great! Love the sample collection but more advice should be given to take samples home as in store paint samples look completely different than at home. Some reps are better than other for advice.

Went to grab a few cans of paint tonight and Erik was super helpful. He helped me pick the right type of paint and tape for my project, quickly mixed my colors, and checked out my order efficiently. I was in and out in no time!

Hands down the best Sherwin Williams in town! They are so helpful, fast, and downright kind - referring me to the next sale, expensive me grace when I'm a day late on a sale or helping me pick colors. Also the paint is phenomenal!

Great knowledgeable retail location. I had some questions about purchasing a fan-deck for our business and they explained I can return it for a full refund of our deposit.
