I would give this shop zero if I can. They charged me for one game and gave me a completely different game. I didn’t realize until I opened it and it wasn’t the right one. The cashier was more interested in talking to security than paying attention to the customer. Would never go back. Now I have a game that I don’t want and I can’t prove they made a mistake. Will never go back!!! Always confirm you have the right game, don’t trust them!!!

I will keep my old review present but I went back to the game stop. I told them employee (Justin) what had happened and that I’m still trying to get the original game that I paid for. He was very patient and did everything to help me out. Even though, they didn’t have the game, they told me I can find it at a different mall somewhat close by.

Great customer service experience! Both reps were attentive and took care to help me with my requests, no matter how ridiculous one of my requests may have appeared to them. Their online store has improved greatly as well!

Do you have some old games that you don't play anymore? I didn't know about this until 2 weeks ago but game stop can buy your old games for either cash or store credit. One thing to note is, if you pick store credit you will get more like for example you trade 2 games and they offer to give you $15 in cash, if you pick store credit you could get $30 or $35 in store credit. Great place, I trade my old games and got new once, I will put a photo of them down below. Personally I don't come here until I need a new game but every time I am here my service experience is great. The employee really are nice and they make sure you get what you came for.

I love the staff here. Doesn't matter who you are, they treat you with respect & kindness, & will happily help you learn. Some places I've seen, folks with my grey hair get talked down to, or girls, or Black or Brown friends--I don't see any of that here. It's peaceful, wonderful, & my kid loves it too.

It's my local store and they are always nice and helpful. Plus fun to talk too. People can say what they want about GameStop as a whole but my local store is great 👍

The thing about these old school brick and mortar stores is that the more you frequent them, you can establish relationships that really enhance your shopping experience. Gone are the days with real human help! I've worked in retail for years and honestly there is no such thing as a 'perfect' experience when looking for what you need every time. But with this store, the staff will absolutely do their best to get you what you need. Video games are demanding, sometimes you have to be specific. It's a sea of product, and extremely frustrating to work with. I will come back every time, to this store; not only because I'm an oldschool gamer that will buy physically until I cant, but because the staff take(the manager especially) will take their time every time. Its hard to find that in the digital age.

They're run by a staff that's....ummm, peculiar. However, peculiar is unique and everyone should have a desire to be unique.
If you want to badmouth the nerds of our species, go to the Best Buy geek squad.

Had a great time here at this store there workers were very knowledgeable & helpful also the gentlemen who I talked to recommended some really good anime! Felt like we were friend forever definitely recommend supporting them!! Thanks for all that you do Gamers!!!

Great selection of pre-owned. Love playing their demo games they have.

I don't care what anyone says; Justin deserves a raise. He went above and beyond when it came to helping transfer my pre-order to the west side when I couldn't come in for the release because I had work.

Friendly and helpful staff. I was looking for a specific game and the made great recommendations based on game play and changes made between editions i will be back for all my gaming needs.

This place is awesome and the customer is beyond great they come to work with a smile and great attitude he was more then helpful and I was a member so I received all types of discounts so definitely recommend this place for all the coolest video game and accessories

Always a super friendly experience when I go there. They always make sure that if I need something else for a game, they make sure I know that I need it (usually I already know what I need). Plus they offer cheaper prices on organized games than other local places.
IDC what YouTuber's say about GameStop down south, but this store is really friendly.

Came here today just to browse, and ended up getting the new Borderlands 3 for the Xbox One, purely because of the awesome customer service!! The young woman who helped me with my trade in was absolutely incredible! She did everything she could to save me the most money off the new game, and get the most for my trade in of Forza 7! And, renewed my pro membership! After everything, it only cost me $41.00 for a new copy of Borderlands 3 and a year of pro membership status!!😁 Thank you so much for another awesome experience with GameStop!! You guys rock!!

Very friendly staff. Person whom checked me out was familiar with games and assured me they where perfect gifts out of the ones I had on my list from nephew.

Had my SSD upgrade in stock and got in and out really quick with a new power rewards account. (Also this one is rumored to be the smallest GameStop in the United States)

Guy was great and helpful, had a return policy which is awesome. The people are very knowledgable.

Great visit, the employee I talked with had a lot of insight on back compadable games. I got exactly what I went there for, this is probably my favorite gamestop location.

First time I've been there and I'd have to say best customer service I've had at a gamestop in a long time.
