Staff was wonderful. recently purchased a new phone and that experience was great, they set me up in the right direction and everything was quick and easy. Had some issues with connectivity after a few weeks and they were able to help resolve the issues. Overall very pleased. Thanks!

Upgraded my phone at the Apple Store and they failed to disconnect my old phone! I couldn't get any help moving my number from the old one to the new one online and was told I could only get things fixed in-store (long story about why that I'll spare you)

George helped me out right away, and I was all set up with my new phone connected within 15 minutes. George was super friendly, helpful and reassuring the whole way through figuring it out.

The staff Erica and Dexter were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted me with my old phone which was dying and helped with my new purchase and offered me the proper promotions they are great!

Dexter at this store is very professional and provides excellent customer services. i visited the 4th street location and was helped by Dexter and he was a extremly helpful representative. the store was very clean and all the workers worked as if it was a well oiled machine. i definitely reccomend if you have phone issues or are just in need of a new phone that you come see the team on 4th street!

Jorge was awesome helping me sign up for first net as a new emt. He was calm and on his own in the store. I walked in as he was finishing the customer before me so the wait was less than 5 mins. I really hope att treats him well!

So I was beyond impressed with the service I got from George . The minute I walked in he approached me and helped me right away . He was very fast and efficient with starting up a new line and doing a transfer of my old number from another service provider. He was so smooth and very helpful . Friendly and by far the best I have seen in a long time. Mind you I spent 20 min at the Corte Madera prior to conking to this location . It was awful I don’t get helped till 20 min later . None the less George was beyond amazing with his customer support. He also was so emasculate at putting my protector on . I have nothing but good Woods’s for George. Good job hiring someone that actually does their job and beyond ! Thank you George for making this process so much more easier!

I came to pay a phone bill, worried I’d be stuck in the store due to it being a busy location Miles assisted me and had me out the door within 10 minutes after explain my bill plan twice to me

Came in to the store was greeted by Luis the manager. Was upset about the last carrier I had before. Luis was helpful and very informative about the plans and what best fits my budget. Got me in and out of the store quickly and happy with my new service.

Great group of men and woman named Jorge, Jai, David, Brian and the store manager Roxanne. Had a great experience. This team was patient and I will be pleased to do business here in the future.
