AT&T Store

Had a fantastic experience. The wonderful young man who helped us went above, and beyond in customer service. He was very patient and a wonderful communicator. He took extra time to help us with phone issues that we didn't understand and showed us how to do things.

Great run store. Trevor did a great job making sure I received what I needed on my new phone. Switching service to AT&T presented some problems from my other service but Trevor worked hard to make it happen.

5 starts is not enough for Trevor and Gerson. This guys literally saved me a lot of money by making sure I understood all the deals available and helping me to get my family a perfect phone line deal.
They have the patience to call AT&T multiple times to make sure we leave the the shop with what I wanted.
Also like to point that, we are new to the country (less than a month) without credit history. But they made it possible to get us lines and brand new phones.

He not only helped me seamlessly transition to a new phone but went above and beyond with his wealth of information, friendly demeanor, and unparalleled customer service. Jeremy was fantastic! Helpful, patient personable. This is the first time we went to the Northgate store. I would return because of Jeremy's professionalism.

The only difficulty we had was the WiFi at this store. It took over an hour and a half to make the transfer of information from our old phones to the new ones. I am surprised that an AT&T store that sells phones doesn't have an updated WiFi. I would hope that this is updated by the next time I need a new phone.

I came into the ATT store at the Northgate strip mall in San Rafael and was helped by the manager, John. John made adding a line and device to my business account easier and more seamless than looking up the store on google to leave the review. The store was clean, the wait time was short, the service was excellent. I would strongly recommend and am truly grateful for such a positive service experience.

Darwin is an absolutely amazing person and knowledgeable AT&T / all things phone resource. Do not hesitate to go in and visit him, especially if you’ve been having a difficult experience with AT&T customer service. I spent countless hours on the phone with 611 and it wasn’t until finally going in to see Darwin that a complicated system issue between Apple & AT&T was finally resolved. He’s incredible. Omar helped me beyond words. I am 83 and not familiar with cell phones. Omar transferred all the data from my old Samsung J3 into my new cell phone. He was extraordinarily patient with me and did everything I asked him to do. AT and T should be very proud to have Omar represent the company.

I went to the AT&T store on fourth street and their customer service was horrible! They did not want to help me with my problems, so I went to the one on Northgate, and Omar greeted me with a smile and was very professional and helped me with all my needs! Highly recommend this store in Northgate

These guys are amazing. I had an older phone that I had lost because the last store could not transfer my data. Cedric and Ivan worked through every issue and made me comfortable while they figured it out. Two excellent hires Att...do what you can to keep these customer centric employees in the Corporate Family. Thanks for everything.

Went in to this store upset and livid . Was helped by a young man named Ivan Chavez whom explained my bill to me and helped me get it to a more reasonable price . Never have I ever been so satisfied by someone’s customer service and understanding . He handled the whole situation so professionally and assured me that he’d be there for me if I ever needed any sort of help with my account . Thank you Ivan ! Keep up the great work !

When it comes to asking an expert, I come here and talk to the manager. Great service and assistance with ATT internet information, Cellular Device news, and once again they are the experts here. I have referred lots of people of all ages.

After a poor experience with xfinity mobile, I walked over to the AT&T store and met Jeremy Melsh. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and was able to get me a great deal for mobile with no throttling on unlimited lines (not offered by xfinity). He was also able to get me fiber internet at home. Overall great experience.

This store had amazing service, products, and people. Loved it all around and helped with exactly what I needed! 11/10
