We just purchased a new LG refrigerator from Airport Home Appliance in San Rafael.

Appreciated the wide selection, competitive prices, and most importantly the pressure-free, thoughtful help from Martin S., who was our sales rep. He was available as we walked through the store to answer any questions we had, giving us lots of context and advice on sizing and features. Never felt like we were being upsold or pressured into a decision. He was also available after we got home for follow-up questions over the phone before we decided to make the purchase.

Thanks to him, we were able to confidently buy a new fridge we're excited to get soon. Thanks Martin S. for your help!

My sales rep at the San Rafael store, Michael Bolar, was extremely helpful. He answered all questions and followed up quickly with emails. I am very happy with my 16.6 ft.³ refrigerator. Michael arranged delivery within two days. Delivery was within the stated window of time and very professional. The refrigerator was completely set up and ready to use, with the old refrigerator hauled away. I would definitely use Airport Appliance for future appliance purchases.

I have super high expectations for communication, timeliness, quality, and value - these guys are the best across the board. I've purchased a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and recently a microwave. I'll plan to keep it up. Better than Best Buy or anywhere else online.

I had a great experience here (after an absolutely terrible experience at Home Depot). Airport Home Appliance was easy to work with, fast, and delivered an appliance that actually worked. They also installed the panel to the dishwasher (like they said they would) and hauled the old appliance away. They helped me find a dishwasher that was in stock and I had it within 3 days.

Excellent deal on dishwasher I wanted. Sales person Pham was very helpful and followed up with all my concerns. Installment crew was very efficient and diligent in hooking up my Bosch and was clean, considerate and thorough.

Quick and easy to purchase a refrigerator. Garrison Linforth was the sales person and was a great help. Two days later the delivery team delivered and installed the refrigerator and took the extra time and effort to make sure it was perfectly positioned. Best sales associate ever! Alan was so helpful we bought a new refrigerator, stove, microwave & dishwasher. He listen to what we liked show us many choices, looked up every possible rebate and saved us $700 then the refrigerator and dishwasher were both available in clearance floor models and saved us another $800, total for all new LG appliances $5,300 2 years no interest. Mike who helped me with picking out a new dishwasher was very professional and showed me the best values but also the the better dishwasher of those values. I was able to pick out the product and pay in a timely manner.

I came in 10 minutes before the store closed, but I was never pressured to leave and they stayed open carefully helping myself and one other person. The employee who helped me was very knowledgeable, and was able to tell me the differences between the two units I was looking at. The purchase process was quick and effortless. I really enjoy working with Airport appliance.

John Eaton was a polite, informed and eager associate who helped me determine which washer and dryer combo to purchase. I have very high regard for his knowledge base, his easy going yet direct sales approach, and his friendly demeanor. I, however was not so pleased with the gentlemen who installed the appliances and who left a greasy hand print on my white wall. When asked if they would remove it I was told that I had created the grease mark. Not good. In the end, we are very happy with our selection and the overall experience. I would highly recommend Airport Appliance, and especially John.

I bought a washing machine at airport appliance couple days ago. They had what I needed in stock, the sales people were very friendly and knowledgeable, may be a little bored as it was pretty quiet there that morning. And it’s a huge store… There’s every and any appliance you could ever want in the world there!!!
They could call it appliance heaven rather! Maybe I’ll post again after they deliver it we’ll see how that goes. It’s a challenging delivery for these guys but I think they’re up for the job. Thanks airport appliance
