Excellent customer service, I went in to upgrade my phone and they walked us through the entire process and helped get me setup with a new phone in the same day. Our rep also took the time to go through the family account to let us know if there were any current updates to our phone lines. Have been going to this location for years and have gotten every one of my iPhone updates here with no problems. Will be back again for my next iPhone next time!

I consider myself a demanding customer. I am new to the area and also to Verizon. This Verizon branch helped hook me up with a new phone and guided me through a few early bumps in the process with patience and considerable speed and knowledge. They are outstanding and I highly recommend them for your cellular needs.

Brandy does an amazing job! She has elevated the level of customer service at this location tremendously. Brandy is dedicated, extremely responsive and helpful, and very knowledgeable. Ben was amazing to work with. Went over my bill with my last provider, showed me the differences and saved me a lot of money! Ben was polite, and professional yet very personable. We had to order a phone for my daughter and he always kept me up to date. Such a great experience. I’ll be a customer for life and will definitely recommend to everyone I know!

Ben was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to review my account and make suggestions that saved us money! The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful as well. The store had an easy going feel to it that made customers feel welcomed. No pressure to buy extra add-ons. Do not hesitate to go to this store.

I had a great experience at this Verizon location. Taylor, the assistant manager, was fantastic. She went above and beyond what was expected. We had a corporate Verizon gift card that even corporate Verizon was not able to figure out how to use. Taylor sat with us for three hours, even after her shift ended, to make sure that we would be able to complete our purchase. It took several corporate Verizon customer service people on the phone, tech support, and many transfers, before someone finally could help us. Taylor was patient, kind, and never lost her cool, when this should have been something very simple for corporate to have figured out. Highly recommend this location. Have been going there for years and have never been disappointed.

Robert S. Was the most helpful and pleasant person I have ever had with Verizon. He was supposed to have been leaving in 15 minutes when I came in and he stayed 45 min after the store closed to help me purchase a phone and was so nice even having to stay after hours. He never rushed me, explained any questions I had and did it all with a SMILE. Thank you for having such a great employee.

Staff were attentive and friendly. I would never go to another store, and Taylor was awesome! She helped me order a new phone and was willing to hold it if a better deal came along. Super friendly and professional, thank you again Taylor!

Robert did an amazing job updating my phone and phone plan. Although the whole process took a couple hours between figuring out the best fit for an updated phone to buy, updating our data plan, and all of the transferring processes, he was very informative and made sure that everything was tailored to us based on what we were looking for. Robert made this whole experience very enjoyable.

Have been going to them for years, and always had positive experiences. I recently needed to upgrade my phone after many years, and Taylor was great in helping me choose a new phone, transferring all my data, and hooking it up to my car. Any time I've called with questions, who ever answers the phone is patient, and talks you through whatever you need. Excellent service!

If I could give Taylor 10 stars I would… She was fantastic. She help me set up three new iPhones and guided me through the whole process of picking the right plan and pairing the right phone with each individual. Transferring over all of our data and photos was also a breeze! Thank you Taylor!

I was welcomed immediately upon entering the Verizon store. My request for a replacement phone was handled with upmost care and knowledge of products. The staff member I worked with was professional and respectful of my needs, and never trying to oversell anything to me. I left very happy and felt assured that if I needed anything at all in the future, I could just stop by anytime.

I've only been to this store a couple of times in the last few years to upgrade my phone, but each time the people professional, kind, helpful, and most importantly, they were people. They were honest and friendly and didn't push every little promotion down my throat. They just helped me get what I wanted to get.

Excellent customer service. Rob went above and beyond to help with my broken phone and replacement. We worked with another gentleman who helped with photo retrieval who also showed excellent customer service. We took alot of their time today and we did not feel that we were imposition at all. CANNOT THANK THEM ENOUGH!
