AT&T Store

I went to my local Bristol AT&t store to get a SIM card as my phone was not working and customer service had directed me to go there. Turns out they needed a manager to approve something in their system to continue with my account. There was no manager on duty. I was informed I'd have to wait two more days before that person would be back. The employee offered me no other solution. I had to think for him and inquired about another manager at any other location.
I want to the southington Connecticut location where my issue was resolved within minutes and I was able to walk out with my SIM card and my phone back up and running. They were friendly and mentioned to me that they've had many people come from the Bristol location over to southington to get their issues resolved.

Wow let me just say this store was amazing , I opened up a family plan and got an unlimited premium plan ! Management and staff were super informative and friendly the process was easy and quick .. I’ll definitely return soon to receive tv streaming service ! Thank you all! And happy holidays !

Very helpful was not a prime communications location which I hate five stars in my book!

11/20/23: So, I upgraded my iPhone online and got the new one delivered by USPS. I sent my old phone back with the provided label and, luckily, snapped a photo of it. Imagine my surprise when I received a package from AT&T Corp. a week later, claiming I sent the wrong phone! Inside was a bizarre X Mobile phone in blue – never seen it before. I tried sorting it out through customer service (dialing 611), but hit a dead end. They suggested I talk to USPS. Frustrated, I visited my local AT&T store, and here's where things took a turn for the better. Store managers Chad and Maria S. were incredible! They actively helped, contacting AT&T Corp. directly. Maria was particularly vigilant, ensuring I wouldn't be charged due to a prevalent scam with mail-in trade-ins. If only every place had customer service like Maria and Chad – knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful. If you're facing any issues or in the market for a new phone, Maria and Chad at this AT&T store are the go-to people!

The staff at the Southington AT&T store were knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and personable.

The manager Maria and the sales consultant Nawira where extremely helpful with adding a line to my plan, setting up my new phone and changing my screen protectors. They where both extremely helpful and professional during the entire time I was at the store. I can’t thank them enough for giving me such a pleasant experience.

We’re giving Jim J. at the Queen St. Southington CT store 5 stars!! We had so many issues and spent so many hours in the store. Jim was SO patient and kept a positive attitude the entire time! He straightened everything out for us. Super satisfied! He deserves a raise for sure!

These guys were great. Super informative and their goal was to really help me fulfill my electronic and monetary goals. They also had great patience as me and another customer kept asking a lot of questions and soothed all the concerns we had throughout the transaction

Jim was very helpful and informative while my husband and I purchased new phones. He found us the current promotional offers and worked to accommodate us as we made the transition to new phones. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and patient!

We went to the Southington store and were welcomed and taken care of by Jim (and manager Nick) who was very helpful and such a breath of fresh air after going to a different store. He got us all set up with new phones and a cheaper but better plan and saved us a good chunk of money! It was an awesome experience and I highly recommend this store. We won’t go anywhere else for our iPhone needs in the future.

I just switched to AT&T from t-Mobil and the service at the Southington location was phenomenal! I was greeted and helped right away. Raymond helped me cancel an online order that didn’t work and was able to get me in and out of the store with my new phone in less than 45 minutes. I had some issues setting up my phone so I came back the next day and again Raymond was more than helpful and made it super easy. I’m very glad I switched to AT&T!

When I got my phone and set up my own service plan, Fantazia helped me through everything. She hooked me up with all the cool gadgets, got me a great rate with exactly what I needed based on my usage. Absolutely no complaints. This is how every experience should be. Professional, courteous, and timely. What I thought would be a 10-15min event turned into a little over an hour and a half. And any issues or questions I’ve had since, she’s been more than wonderful with assistance. The entire atmosphere of the store was quite pleasant and relaxed. The staff was very humorous and made the experience that much more enjoyable.

My wife and I went in to upgrade our phones and Cheyenne helped us. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. Would highly recommend working with Cheyenne!

Made a 6pm appointment online- the sales reps where ready for me when I arrived. The sales rep, Fantasia, was very pleasant and helpful. She took her time to answer all of my questions and helped me choose the right phone and plan for me. I was very pleased with the service that I received. The other sales rep was also very helpful and attentive to the other customers. Overall, I was very happy that I decided to stop at the Southington location.

Very knowledgeable, and helpful in explaining options and plans. I was a Verizon customer for 15 years,I went in to see what they had to offer. Excellent customer service especially the manager, and I switched to at&t.
I saved money,better coverage for where I live, and honestly it was the great service that made up my mind. Alot of people still respect knowledgeable and professional sales staff. You will find that here.

Love this store! Jim was very helpful getting me started with AT&T TV. Even took me although I was running late for my scheduled appt with him. He and other employees were also helpful with a phone issue between mine and my son's phone. Would def say to switch if you haven't already

Amazing customer service! They were so helpful and they were so nice. I appreciate the patients they had with my son. It was a great experience because they help me get everything done right away. There was a small hiccup and they solved it as soon as they possibly could. My son threw a bit of a hissy fit in the store and they didn’t care at all. They did whatever they could to make him laugh. I’m so happy and will defiantly come again and recommend my family to come here too!

Sean the manager is excellent with customer service. His level of professionalism is outstanding. He took great care and time answering my many questions in detail resulting in a large sale and future business. The store is lucky to have someone of his caliber who is so competent and patient.

Kris and Maria were amazing. They both were attentive and knowledgeable!! Kris sat with me for the entire time it took to get everything squared away. He was friendly, kind and knew everything he was talking about. I honestly will only do service with this location from here on out!
