I work down the street at a Dr’s offc & always order online. My order is always done fast, which is great because I just take 3 mins walking down the street to get my order and come back to my patients.The staff is friendly and welcoming. Ive only had 2 problems and it’s when someone else accidentally took my order, but both times the staff offered to remake it for me with no issue. Read the names on the mobile orders people.. not only are you taking someone else's order and wasting their time but you’re also wasting the employee’s time .. be considerate .. anyways .. keep up the good work! My coffee is always on point ! Thank you!

Who doesn't love Dunkin lol

The dunkin in southington ct off rt 322 is one of the best. They r fast with the drive thru and if you go on a regular basis they remember your order. They always say to me MEDIUM REGULAR COFFEE?. It's a good feeling.

I used to go to the Dunkin by the truck stop on RT 322.
After they repeatedly made the same exact thing i ordered every day wrong-3 days in a row-i looked for the next closest one.

The morning staff in this location is excellent.
Mistakes happen occasionally (welcome to working at volume...and usually only whem there is a new person), but they're instantly rectified.
Also, they're generally friendly and genuinely nice people.
Definitely the best Dunkin Donuts i've ever been in.

Staff is nice and they work quickly to get the order done. Outdoor tables are a nice touch

Fast courtesy even when crowded with customers. These folks are terrific and they never mess up an order no matter how busy they get

There is a bathroom if needed,which is a plus in the area.

If you have the choice between here and the one on Meriden-Waterbury... choose here. Never got my order wrong once since switching to this place awhile back.
