Miguel went above and beyond to help me get it right. Outstanding customer service.

From the moment we walked in the store Joe Joe was right in top of things!!! Great customer service and never tried to sell things we didn't need. We purchased a battery and he installed it and cleaned the corrosion. Above and beyond. Barbara was right next to him in the installation and they were both amazing!!!.
I will never go another auto part store again. Thank you!

My car battery died after work this week and I was able to find a replacement at Autozone in Southington. Eli and CJ took the time to install the new battery even though it was not an easy installation due to other issues related to the vehicle. They really went above and beyond and I am so grateful! I hope they get a raise they deserve it!

My family and I had an issue with our engine. We had to come here to get it fixed, not only did we find the perfect solution, but had a really good time while at it. We were literally on our way back from a rainy and disappointing day at six flags, and this was probably the best part of the day. Even though the location is not all that remarkable, it has a very calming vibe, and a special feeling to it. This warm sentiment is also due to the fantastic service offered at the establishment. Elijah and Dominic were extremely helpful and unreasonably kind. I was not expecting to be treated that well while getting our car fixed. Not only that but they made sure the car was fine before we left, and to be honest, without them we wouldn't have had a clue of how to fix it.
We are all very grateful for the establishment and the staff, thank you!

Barbara, Miguel, and JoJo helped me out! My battery was shot, but whoever took care of me a year ago put the warranty incorrectly, not under my name. So they figured it out and installed my battery. Thank you!

I had to shop for a new battery out of need. My car refused to start unless jumped. RJ took great care of me and dropped a new one in. Excellent, quick service and I couldn’t be happier!

The customer service experience that I received went above and beyond my expectations. I came to AutoZone to purchase a high beam light for my Hyundai Sonata. Eli was assisting me, and I asked if he could install the light. He said, sure - as long as it wasn't too hard to get into the components. It was a little harder than expected, but instead of giving up, Eli enlisted the assistance of his colleague, Miguel. Together they installed two new regular and high beam lights. We had great conversation while they both worked to get the new lights installed. They even mentioned that I had fog lights, and we checked those. They were both out! I'll be back in a few weeks to have them replaced as well. Thank you to Eli and Miguel. I hope you're both there when I return!

Every time I come to this location everyone that works here is very helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely trust them because they go out of their way and address any issues or concerns right on the spot, even if they are busy or about to close. Angel was very kind and caring and took care of me with no hesitation. I am so happy to find such caring people like him nowadays.

We are driving to Maine from SC in a Motorhome and towing a Chevy Colorado. We were camping overnight at Lake Compounce campground and had disconnected to run errands in the Chevy truck. We noticed our Chevy left blinker and brake light weren’t working so we saw that a nearby Autozone was open until 10 pm and drove to it. Eli was at the counter. He helped us problem solve and even went out to our truck to investigate the problem. After buying new bulbs and also discovering a loose wire (that he helped us re-attach), we were up and safely running again! Eli is a modern day gentleman and you don’t find many of those these days. He was thoughtful, considerate, and expert with his help. We can’t recommend this autozone highly enough because of him going out of his way to help us. He insisted it’s just part of his job. My mom loves this store and only will go to it. The guy named Christian was very helpful to her. She ordered a part for her mirror and he went outside with her and put it on for her he was very nice and made her day. She will always go only to the southington location

We stopped by auto zone because our headlights were blown. We were serviced by Lexi W. She is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! She got us the correct bulbs and removed the old bulbs and then Installled the new ones we purchased. While doing so she explained to us how to properly handle the bulbs to ensure long term use and lessen the chance of blowing them (along with telling us about things she has worked on with other cars). She's an excellent worker (and I personally love the fact that she is a female worker in a male dominant field). Kudos to her for working in a field she enjoys. I would go back to Lexi"s building to get assistance from her again when needed in the future. Keep being the Rock star you are Lexi!!

Jessica, the store manager, greeted me with a smile and made my shopping experience stress free and simple. Not only did she help me with buying the right car battery but she installed it too! Very impressive that she did it herself and didn’t call on another team member to install it. Being a woman going into a car parts store can be overwhelming but Jessica was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Awesome customer service!!!! Thank you and kudos Jessica!
