Stopped here on a whim and I’m so happy I did! The coffee was absolutely delicious! They had a wide variety of flavors (I ordered the bananas foster which was so good). The baristas were friendly and the cafe had some cozy spaces to hang out with some pretty cool decor. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely beautiful, clean ambiance. Phenomenal staff, my brown sugar cinnamon latte was out of this world. I’m def a coffee snob and this is the best cup I’ve had in a long time.
The Barista was super accommodating and sweet. Can’t wait to visit another location

My husband and I have been coming here every weekend for the last 3 years. The coffee is amazing and the staff is like a warm hug when they greet us. We love it here so much that when queen street location opened and some of that staff moved to the new location, we knew that we needed to also visit them over there but we still wanted to support factory square. So now we go twice every weekend most weekends 😂once to queen street once to factory square. Safe to say we love perkatory!

This place never lets me down. I tried their tea for the first time and awesome choice along with their coffee selection. Also CBD can be added to your drink of choice. I highly recommend this place. They are conveniently located in an old factory building with plenty of seating. My Son had a Lemonade, my Daughter had Butterfly Mint Tea, and I had a Lavender with 25mg CBD infusion. Come check this place out. Totally with it! 👍

The vibes are immaculate in this space. Fantastic Playlist. Coffee drinks? Amazing and delicious. I had an almond milk cappuccino with the sugar free brown sugar cinnamon flavor. Let me tell you.. I thanked my barista!

Perkatory has been a go too recently! I am mainly making this post as u guys were thr first people to spell my name right! (Without asking) besides that u guys always get the drinks just right and are so freindly and warm. All the locations look nice but this one is were i feel the most welcomed. Weather its tea or coffee u guys always do a great job.

I have been to this location a few times (as well as their other location in Middletown). The industrial and punk rock vibe combined with interesting drink specials make this a worthwhile stop. You can even pick up merch and beans while you are here.

We got the "Black Flag on Sesame Street" iced latte (black sugar syrup and sesame milk) and "Wizard Wake Up" iced latte (special for the Harry Potter Day 07/30/22, butterscotch). Both were better than expected and I was most surprised by how delicate, savory, and overall delicious the "Black Flag on Sesame Street" iced latte.

There is minimal seating inside that includes a pair of leather chairs next to a fake fireplace and a bar, though there is additional seating in the main area between the shops inside of Factory Square.

Awesome coffee, staff, and aesthetics! We really loved the vibe here. Definitely a cool spot to check out with a ton of seating both inside and in the building’s common areas. Tried them out before we did the escape room and so glad we did!

First, this awesome coffee shop is closest to the SOUTH ENTRANCE of Creative Lab’s long brick building. Aubry and Quinn, two fantastic baristas, tell me there is a small sign for Perkatory Coffee on the street side but I didn’t see it during my two Google Maps pass bys. You can purchase origin and their roasted coffee, great selection of hot and cold espresso drinks and probably drip, as well as sparkling water and bottled kombucha. T-shirts, stickers - shop it out! Super nice and cool space. Check out the Creative Lab building businesses. I saw an escape room and something about axe throwing. One of the bakeries was featured on television recently.

Really good! I got a chocolate almond iced coffee and it was great :) — definitely will come back again. Decorated really cool and staff was super nice and quick.

Use the little ramp outside and then walk in and it’s on the right to find the door to come in.

Had a great first experience at perkatory!!! I was such a huge fan of the atmosphere! We ordered our coffees online as we were unsure of if we would have time to sit and enjoy our drinks and stumbled across the pup cup that we couldn’t pass up getting for my sisters dog for when we got home! The building has so much to it, including it being connected to axe throwing, an arcade bar and a bakery as well! I’ll have to plan a day for the next time I get myself a coffee from here! I decided to try the apple chaider which was flavorful and just what I was looking for on a beautiful fall day like today!

Five stars aren’t enough! Stopped here while visiting friends in the area and instantly fell in love. Had to drive back again on the second day. The coffee here is flavorful, aromatic — basically every positive adjective you would typically use to describe coffee. As an added bonus for those like to to rep the small businesses they love, the shop has a merch section and it’s all totally sick. Had to stop myself from turning into a walking Perkatory billboard. Long story short: if you’re reading reviews to decide whether or not to go, take this one as a sign to just hit “directions” and go already ☕

Our favorite coffee shop in the area! We are so fortunate to have a place like this around. Friendly staff, excellent coffee and a very unique vibe. Our favorite is oat milk lattes, chef kiss.

This was my first time here. The staff was friendly and nice. I tried the spicy cocoa. It was pretty good. I’m looking forward to trying the various coffees and lattes.

Very cool place in an old brick building. Entrance is on the side away from street. Great atmosphere. The employee was very helpful because I had lots of questions. Brought home a pound of the New England and it is wonderful! Love hanging out with friends here! Coolest place in Southington!

Thanks for the iced latte! Been meaning to finally try this place after seeing it from the rail trail every time I pass by. The coffee was refreshing and tasty. Just wish there was an actual bike rack by the trailside door for the biking customers.

Great place, awesome people! My wife and I go there every day with our two dogs. The coffee is amazing, cool merchandise as well.

Lovely atmosphere and great coffee. Makes me feel way cooler than I actually am drinking coffee here. The staff is wonderful and give excellent recommendations if you ask. Cute date or daily coffee. A solid place to go
