Panera Bread

Quick in and out, picked up me and my wife's food still hot. No complaints. Chili was delicious and not dry like turkey chili can be. Very good.

Kitchen Sink was a good cookie. The manager came out and helped look up if any nuts, thanks for the great service

I got the Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken. It was excellent. Portion was large. All fresh ingredients. Service was prompt, although I was there about 11:30, before the lunch rush.

The sip club is soooooo good! And the birthday reward is so good, I got a free kitchen sink it tasted so good

Salads and teriyaki chicken with broccoli. Everything was fresh and delicious. Customer service was superb and food was ready fairly quickly. Atmosphere was pleasant and peaceful.

Tried the Chicken Cordon Bleu Baguette. Wasn't bad at all. Comes with gouda cheese, which was good.

My son loves going here and the coffee is OK.

Panera's food is always excellent, but its ambience in all restaurants is starting to feel more fast food.

HOWEVER!!!! I didn't realize that I had left my purse there until I had driven an 1 1/2 further on our road trip.I called and they had it. After a stressful drive back, they gave it back to me completely intact. I always appreciate helpful, honest people and will be more than happy to come back to Southington Panera.

Big Panera fan and love that they know my order when i pull up the touch screen and log in with my phone. great ordering system and always fresh made food.

Paneras is always a good place to eat at. The flatbread pizza is a recent favorite of mine but the soups are great too. Also the Mac and cheese. Quick and easy meal. Good prices too

Great food, order is always correct. Wish there was more value for the price, and the experience was a little more personal. Last couple visits, I didn't interact with a human at all.

This place is the best Panera in CT in my opinion. It always has polite, friendly, patient, and cheerful staff. It's always well stocked and maintained even at busy times. This location has given me the best Panera experiences I've had and is part of the reason I keep coming back over and over. 🙂

Great place! Friendly and quick service. Clean seating area. Drive thru is awesome and the ability to use electronic kiosks instead of waiting in line if needed is a nice touch. A big fan of this Panera. Plus easy access to I-84 East and West.

Love this restaurant very clean nice place to be peaceful and joy with family. The only concern kitchen staff need to pay more attention in the food orders because sometimes items missing have go back other wise no complain. Front staff Manager are great. Kitchen need little more attention as I said.

Very busy, but delicious food was delivered with only a small wait. 10 veggie soup and half Mediterranean Veggie sandwich was freshly made, soup served hot and sandwich crisp. Pricing is moderate and Panera Club earns extra rewards on subsequent visits.

My visit to Panera was exceptional, nothing lacked the service was great. Our cashier was very welcoming and had a lot of knowledge of the menu. The food was ready in a reasonable time and was very good. It was also very nice to see the manager working with the employees, greeting customers and ensuring everyone's order is correct. Overall a very well run establishment.

I ordered a strawberry smoothie but the had ran out of the strawberry purée so I got a mango instead. But, for the inconvenience they gave me a free pastry of my choice. They were very nice and cared about if there customers were happy or not.

I got a salad and a turkey sandwich. I asked for the bread to be toasted but when it came out it wasn't. I got the attention of an employee that was walking by and let them know and they immediately brought it back and fixed it. Turned out they were on break at the time but had no problem taking care of it for me. Kids name was Tyler. Not many young people go out of thier way anymore to do stuff like that. 10/10 worker Great Job thanks Tyler! Got it back quickly how I wanted it. Salad was perfect too which i ate while waiting for the sandwich. Cant wait to go back!

The drive through window was quick, the workers very courteous, careful to get the order filled correctly.
Could not as for more from a fast food experience.

Simply enough. . . This Panera location was amazing! Great food and even better customer service. Wish it was closer to home!
