Update #2
I came in today, specifically for the 40% off coupon. So imagine the dilemma when the website went down and the registers wouldn't take the coupon as myself, and many others, were in the middle of checking out, or standing in line to do the same.

In comes Jordan, the most incredibly patient, technologically inclined and wonderful staff member I've met yet.

This poor woman had to go through each customer and log in to our registers and calculate the 40% off and then change the price. For 👏 every 👏 individual 👏 item 👏

And she did. For me, several women ahead of me and I don't even know how many people behind me. Myself alone having 6 items in my cart, this was tedious and time consuming. But she did it with a smile on her face, no frustration or impatience, a bit of humor and with every professional courtesy, kindness and bit of awesomeness I've ever seen.

She was the heroine of the storyline to a lot of people today, and probably the only reason most of us didn't just say forget it and walk out without spending any money. She even walked the cashier on the manual register through how to do it and now to calculate the discount.

Jordan was INCREDIBLE and I'm really sorry I didn't get an email receipt to leave a review to the corporate directly. But the manager here needs to know what a wonderful job she did, how well she conducted herself and how greatly she represented the store today. It takes a lot to impress me, since I shop for a living and see it all, but this woman here today did just that.

Jordan is an all-star employee and they need to recognize and reward her for going so far above and beyond the call of duty and her job description this afternoon. She just made the store a lot of money, kept a lot of complaints from rolling in and made it look effortless.

My personal thanks to you Jordan, you saved my day and allowed me to go home and finish two big projects I have due that will allow me to pay my bills this month and you have my deepest and most heartfelt gratitude for that. You deserve a tip, and a raise, not just a shout-out, and I hope your manager sees this and does something for you because you more than earned it.

Update
I was there last night and had some trouble locating a product I was looking for. One of the staff, Lisa, was more than happy to hell when I asked her. Not only did she help me locate the one item, but she was more than happy to help me locate all of the items on my list. Shopping trip that would have taken probably 45 minutes or longer was done in 10 thanks to her.
Lisa could not have been nicer, more helpful, or more professional and the store is lucky to have her there!

Selection is always a little janky, but if you're not looking for anything overly specific, then it's a good store. Unfortunately Michael's, like too many stores, has moved a large quantity of their stuff to online sales and/or has yielded to Amazon. Yet simultaneously they are trying to carry too many different types of things and end up with a poor selection of everything.
Staff is nice, and fairly helpful.

I appreciate a store with helpful associates and they get a gold star for that

Extremely helpful staff in all departments in my several experiences. Very clean and organized/well laid out store. Framing Dept. answered every question and have good advice when I asked for it in regards to a couple projects. Love this place!

Who doesn't love Michael's? It's an awesome craft store and I always have a hard time trying not to spend too much because I wind up wanting every thing in the d*mn store lol. Me and my sister frequent this store and I've never been disappointed. I love that they almost always have a sale or some coupon going on too. Staff has been helpful too with advice on certain brands and what not and what to suggest for certain projects.

Went to get chocolate melts for my cake pops. Super friendly staff. They had a lot of interesting things there. I walked around a little even tho, I was only there for one thing. Great prices and coupons too. Highly recommend!

My visit today was very pleasant, Paula was a great and HELPED me find exactly what I was looking for, not just tell me a general area where I could find it, and I really appreciated that.

Awesome employees, very nice, helpful & knowledgeable. Lots of craft kits for kids to choose from. Both online & in-store craft classes for children & adults.

Someone hacked into my account and honestly the team here and in the corporate offices has been fabulous in helping me get everything fixed and refunded. The supervisor Morgan is an absolute rockstar and the sweetest person ever.

I love shopping at Michael's. I hate that the day I visited I was very short on time so I really didn't have much time to look at all the beautiful items they had. I did get a chance to notice that they were having some AWESOME sales on their merchandise though!! LOL! Maybe for the best. I would've left broke. 🤣

I'm not much of a person to see so I was happy when I was able to find a permanent fabric tape to connect 3' curtain panels together that my wife had bought for the living room to make it easier to closer the curtains at night. Now we have two 6' curtain panels on the curtain rod and it was pretty easy to use and attach the curtains together and they look great.

The staff here are always friendly & willing to help. The manager, Lindsay, was super helpful & nice. We made a huge purchase & some items didn't get bagged. Came back the next day & she didn't question or hesitate to make sure that we got the items that were missing. Thank you!

The custom framers are great!!! I've had 12 posters framed, and they're all perfect.

Every time I go in there I live it. The people are real sweethearts ( it seems to be their hiring policy). They are always very helpful and have what I need. They're also extremely knowledgeable.

Went in tonight looking for yarn. The staff person Lindsey went above and beyond to help my find the yarn i needed. Even tho it was not stock on the shelf she checked all the over head bins for me. There was one small peice in the color I needed at the end of a display. Thanks for helping me complete my project! Lindsey five stars for your customer service! Left very happy!!!!

This is my candy store! Meaning I run around this place like a child touching and looking at everything! Arts and crafts heaven!! Everything you need plus everything you don't know you need! My thing is jewelry crafting and they always provide the best tools to make jewelry plus many creative gizmos and gadgets and facets and so on to Create from! Bonus: I keep getting emails and coupons from being a member and I NEVER pay full price! Always a discount! Love this place...

This store is gorgeous. The employees are friendly and very helpful. While there is no fabric, they have a nice selection of yarns, decor, fine arts. There are craft ideas for all ages.

Had what I needed in stock, clean, well maintained store. Aisles are labeled for easy navigation. Associate also helped me find something. She was friendly and helpful.
