The UPS Store

A guy was working there. It all seemed like a good place. All I needed to do was ship something. Pretty simple. Clean organized store.

Since I posted the following terrible review, things have really changed! I’m delighted with the service i received from Eugene, who copied my 4 page document, correlated it and stapled each handout! He was as much a gentleman as possible and even offered me a smile. Shows me that sometimes, another chance is warranted! Now I’ll return, just for him.
If no stars were possible, that is what they’d get! I had a horrible time getting a document printed, called ahead, yes, they could print it. But when I arrived, she looked at me and said, ‘email it to me’. Standing there, I said, by waving my hand or my magic wand? No, finally she threw me her card with email printed. I went to all the trouble of composing an email but could not send. What is your WiFi? We don’t have WiFi. Gees, girl, how do I email to you? In the mean time a UPS guy comes through with a hand truck. My bag is on the floor in his way. Instead of asking me to move it, he kicks it with his foot! Upon leaving the store, I thought he was trying to run me over! Never again will I ever use UPS!

Ty was the manager on duty and helped us sort through a bunch of Amazon BS and assisted us in returning our item. We even had to stay a little past closing as we dealt with Amazon customer service and Ty was very understanding and helped us finish the return and get the label printed.

The Owner is hands on and very friendly and professional. Her staff compliments her passion to provide the service good customers want. As in any business you can do 100 things right, and do one thing wrong and most people will only reflect or highlight the wrong thing. This business is definitely Superior than the majority!

Staff was very nice. Kept the line of customers moving.

Everytime I drop something off here the staff are attentive and helpful. I am in and out in seconds. I detour to use this UPS over others in Annapolis.

I always found them helpful and nobody was ever rude to me. Maybe some people who weren't happy here expected tea and crumpets to be served as they walked into the store?

This young guy Eben was really rude and has no customer service. Doesn’t great me too busy listening to his music in his AirPods. Knocks down my boxes I was taking in and expected me to pick it up. UPS you really need to show your employees how to satisfy on customer service and also no to be so rube also the AirPods can be usen when not talking to a customer but then again this is my opinion. And also if I bring in orders with labels I like to see them scan it instead of me. Please get back to me soon as possible.

$4 to print ONE SHEET OF PAPER for an Amazon return!?!? And I thought Bezos/Amazon was the most disgusting Business. The response below cracks me up! No one is buying this subpar response of "uh, expenses, wages, uh..." just stop. You're greedy. own it. don't lie.

I strongly recommend that you not send your packages using this location. They are incompetent.
