Great shop and great staff. Young man behind the counter yesterday was a new employee and I will tell you I would go back any time he works. His enthusiasm was infectious and welcoming. He fits well with the rest of the top quality staff at Sams.

June 19' - Bought a battery that stopped accepting a charge less than a week after purchase. Took defective unit along with original receipt to store on day 8 and was told (by someone other than Alex) they had a 2 day return policy.

UPDATE: Returned Dec 19' (first time since buying bad battery) They still had the same Ooze brand and a few new ones as well. I was asking about the new ones and mentioned that I didn't like the one brand. Got to talking with Alex more, told him about my last purchase and he immediately offered a replacement of a different brand. That's how you earn loyal repeat business. Thank you sir.
