I had the most wonderful experience with Olivia in footwear. She found some awesome sketchers for me to wear to work and running around with the grandkids. She was even kind enough to feel my toes in the shoe to make sure they fit perfectly. I definitely recommend requesting her. She has blonde hair.

Despite being so close to Christmas, store was well stocked, staff was readily available, and the store layout never made it feel too crowded. Checkout lines were well staffed and moved quickly. A much more painless experience than I expected with much better stock than I expected.

The staff was very helpful. I had stopped someone in the weight section who was not familiar, but he went and found out the answer for me and even brought my purchase to the register. Elevator was down, which was kind of a bummer since I was shopping both floors. The cashier was also helpful as she help me sort my coupons so I could maximize the discounts.

I made my purchase online, when I arrived at the store I used the email they sent to notify them I was there. As soon as I did that someone brought my product out to me. I was impressed with their service.

It's like your private store during Friday mornings. The layout remains the same and you can always walk in and find what you want. If you need, there is an associate close by to help. Because of the organization of stock and placement of items, I didn't need much help. Sale items available.

This is the best place to go if you are looking for something that you can't find. I had 5 different associates (including mgmt) helping me to try & find a particular item. You can't get better customer service than that... Thank you Rock's, you now have a loyal customer...

Orland Park has the best Dick’s Sporting goods store in the Midwest. The staff is always extremely helpful and solve any issues that arise. Alex was great in the bicycle department.
