I stopped in for the Starbucks cafe. The two baristas were delightful to interact with. The drink was made with care and attention to detail. I was greeted and thanked and enjoyed the level of service received.

This morning I was in desperate need of doggie diapers. I went online ordered. I quickly received my confirmation email and then just as quick I received my pickup email. The gal that helped me was fabulous. The whole process was seamless.

Target makes shopping and returning super easy. I love using the app to keep track of my purchase receipts , points and coupons. I also love the app for wayfinding within the store for item locations, stock and drive up pickup availability. Returns are ridiculously easy, since the app keeps track of all purchases, you don’t even need the receipt, just show your target wallet barcode. Target’s drive up pickup service also gave me a little sanity back when becoming a new mom. Doing errands and shopping is so much easier when your aren’t having to get littles in and out of the car on repeat.

Great, fast service with my order within 2 hours of me placing it. The gentleman who brought it out was really nice and great customer service!!

I absolutely love Target, especially Target Graceland. Great selection, friendly employees, terrific customer service, decent prices and an outstanding pickup system. Highly recommend.

Visit this location frequently. Store always clean and orderly. Employees have always been helpful and courteous. I will return.

Clean and organized store, friendly and helpful staff, and had what I needed. Exactly what you'd expect in a Target, nothing less.

Our favorite Target to go to every time we visit Columbus, much better than our local one which is still stuck in the year 2000.

Great place, helpful staff, decent quality for the price. The pharmacy folks are especially cheerful and hardworking. As opposed to Kroger, all staff have a device so they can look up items, tell you where they are, if they have more in stock and/ or when something is expected to come in (pretty standard stuff). At Kroger, they don't know where things are and have no means for looking anything up - you are totally on your own there.

Love that curbside pickup is available usually within 2 hrs, but that an appt window is not required. And they will bring orders out to your vehicle right up until closing at 10pm. One item from my order was out of stock when they went to fill it, and I was given the option to pick it up at another location if available, or to have it sent free to my delivery address. And I've never had an order not be correct.

Love Target. Clean store, good deals, love this location!

I truly appreciate having this mode of shopping available. I have disabilities, and not having to walk around such a huge store has helped a lot.

The team members are always friendly, professional and polite.

I wish more stores offered drive-up shopping.

Target has one of the best customer service I've encountered!!! They go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied! I love the variety of products they have, and definitely the quality of their brand products, from baking tools to baby clothes!

I briefly visited the "Graceland" Target store yesterday [9-18-2022] at 55 Graceland Blvd. in the Graceland Shopping Center.

My "official" Target store has always been the "Columbus Central" Target store [at the Lennox Shopping Center] but there are times [including yesterday] when it works out better for me to visit the "Graceland" Target store instead because I will be attending another event that same day in that neighborhood.

Yesterday had been one of those days.

I had been looking for a very specific item that I had found on-line on the Target website. The Target website had assumed that I would want to order and then pick up that item at the "Hilliard" Target store [which had not been the case]. Instead, I traveled to the "Graceland" Target store and soon found my needed item after a very helpful employee had directed me to the correct aisle and had pointed out my several choices.

After learning the location of my needed item, I walked around the "Graceland" Target store for half an hour or so, taking photographs for Google Maps. I then returned to the correct aisle [that the helpful employee had pointed out to me half an hour earlier], picked up my needed item, purchased my needed item, placed that item into my backpack, and then continued with the rest of my day.

I am glad that Target is there [in several different locations in central Ohio] in spite of the fact that it is often difficult for me to travel to a Target store since I do not drive.

Target has a wonderful team working at this location!! I don’t mind going out of my way to shop specifically at Graceland Target. I would like to especially extend my gratitude to the anti-theft gentlemen who assisted me about a week ago. Thank you!!

I love Target at Graceland Shopping Center! They always have everything we need. Their prices are reasonable. I've experienced very good service from the customer service desk to the associates within many departments through our the store. Overall we've been extremely pleased with this location 😊

The layout is typical Target. I've never waited more than a few minutes to check-out. Store is always tidy and fully stocked. Customer service desk moves quickly. This location has always had the "in stock" status on items that I find online and want to buy immediately. I'm not sure on the area of the interior but it seems to be one of the largest Target stores I've visited.
