The UPS Store

This is the ONLY UPS store I go to. I have been coming to this location for years now. Several times every week. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The customer service rep Jordan is extremely kind and good at his job. He can clear out a full store in no time. Very proffesional and knowledgable staff. Always have a very pleasant experiance here

Honestly, they do the best they can. I have never had any issues what so ever. They always have me in and out. & are always so helpful. Definitely recommend coming here if you need to go to a UPS store.

every time I go to this UPS the Guys are very Courteous n Respectful. Great UPS too do business. I feel if a person is in a hurry come when they first open to prevent all the complaints of standing in Line. Again I haven’t had any Problems. Thanks Fellas! 😊😀

Best customer experience EVER!!!! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Explained my situation and the UPS staff jumped to my rescue and in less than 5 minutes I was leaving the store with what I needed. The staff is very kind and gracious! I had a fragile folk art piece ship from Columbus to California. Andy took extra pains to bubble wrap the item and bump proof the box. EBay buyer was thrilled to receive it in one piece-took her 30 minutes to unwrap! Great job guys!

Wow!!!!!! We will only go to this ups store from now on!!!!! Went way beyond what they needed to do especially since its the last weekend to get stuff b4 Christmas. So efficient and helpful. New owners have really stepped to the plate!!! We were shipping something for the first time to someone through Facebook market place and the buyer never had done this either. Adam at ups walked both of us through the whole deal and even talked to the buyer on the phone to make sure she was comfortable too. 5 stars is just not enough thanks again.

I have been using this UPS Store regularly for over 5 years. It is the only UPS store I use because the service is consistently outstanding. The staff members that I deal with, Vinu and Jordon, are always friendly, are very knowledgeable about rates and box sizes, and exceptionally helpfully when I bring my items with me, choose a box with their help, and am able to pack it myself right there. At times such as before holidays the store is crowded, there is a line, and some customers get grumpy. Regardless of the situation, the staff is courteous without fail. This is a great UPS store and I recommend it all the way!

I needed to ship a picture I was given to hang in my school library along with a couple of other smaller items. It was going to be more than I wanted to spend, but Mr. Patel and Jordan worked with me to arrive at a solution that worked for all and saved me a small bundle! They were courteous and resourceful, which I greatly appreciated! I've worked with The UPS Store (mostly in AZ) for many years, and I have always been impressed the professionalism of the staff at every store. Thanks for another great experience!

I just want to share about an experience I had at this UPS Store. I was in a hurry, didn't know what I needed, and wasn't sure what to do. The employee that I was working with, Vinu Patel was very kind, patient and helped me through the whole process! I have gone to this store several times. I had to send an insured package to Canada and get tracking. Done in less than 5 minutes. I have often gone to send and receive faxes....no hassle....easy....owner takes care of everything. Best service of any retail shop I've ever gone into.

Vipnu is the kindest person you could hope to meet. He has helped me with so many shipments and is patient with me being ill-prepared to mail out. His comedic relief is always welcomed and he is incredibly helpful to provide packing supplies to make sure my packages arrive safe and sound. He's very quick and could not be nicer - he makes running an errand enjoyable!

Couldn't help us with our Amazon return because we were going about it the wrong way, but advised us on how to proceed, and we succeeded in our mission. Very friendly and helped us sort through our unusual return issues.
