Love this Starbucks. Service is always great. Inside and the drive thru. They were so sweet to my daughter.

I can't say enough great things about this Starbucks. The employees are kind and friendly, not to mention extremely patient. The store and drive-thru can get pretty busy, but they usually manage it very well. My food and drinks are always made correctly and are delicious. I'll go past other locations just to go to this one - it does not disappoint!

I normally don’t get hot coffee. But I told her (forgot her name, sorry.) what I liked and she created something absolutely delicious. Very friendly.

This is my go-to right by my office. Everyone's always friendly and my coffee is always great. Always have smiles and a pleasant good morning.

Came here on turkey day, Cassidy was a great help, super kind and patient. Everyone else on staff was kind and professional as well. Great location, clean and cozy.

I go here almost every morning and the workers are always SO FRIENDLY even at 8:30 a.m. Not just "customer service" friendly but always giving me a smile or a quick chat or a compliment. Even when I do annoying things like put in mobile orders and show up like 2 minutes later, they always have it ready for me and are very nice. Love their chai.

This place always has a line but the employees always get my order right. Tastes delicious

My drink order is complicated and usually I settle for “close enough to what I wanted”. I went through the DT today and the barista taking my order verified my drink and the barista on bar smashed it outta the park! Thank you for taking such care with my drink, made my day!

I ALWAYS have a great experience when I come to the Crossroads location. I’d give more stars if possible. The staff here has gone above and beyond to make a connection with their clientele. Stopping here and seeing/talking to Bryant, Blair, Julianna, Molly and Sydney in the mornings, always starts my day out on the right foot! Keep up the great work!

Friendly service, always! The two drinks I like the most are the Shaken Espresso Brown Sugar & Salted Caramel Sweet Foam Cold Brew 😋 They can make the brown sugar drink hot also!

Love the baristas here! The girl at the drive through window this am was so friendly. I tried a new drink today- London Fog latte with pumpkin sweet cream. Very yummy!!

I ordered a matcha green tea latte and a chai tea latte for me and my friend for our girls day adventures. We were both very happy with the drinks and the service! She drank her drink so fast I don't think I saw it's existence and I savored mine for like 3 hours because the taste was just beautiful ❤

Fast, accurate and friendly. Fully observing social distance guidelines. Masks required to enter. No indoor seating currently.

No self serve condiments/drink fixings so be sure to ask for a side of creamer/sweeteners of your preference, they will package some up for you.

My new go-to is the Salted Cream Cold Foam Cold Brew... yes that's the whole title. A drink like that deserves a fancy name of its own. This drink is cold brew with pumps of caramel flavoring and topped with a cream consisting of their sweet cream, heavy cream, and salt. The drink itself isn't too sweet. The coffee is smooth from how it's brewed without the use of heat. The foam slowly settles and blends into the coffee, but that's if you haven't downed your cup after the first sip! Bonus, a portion of the foam stays on your lid. After you've finished you're drink and you haven't swirled everything together, you're left with a sweet and salty foam under the lid that's essentially whipped cream. Pop the lid and enjoy the remainder, you deserve it.

I just realized I had forgotten my wallet as I was waiting in line for my coffee. Staff was extremely understanding and as I turned to leave they told me not to worry about it and made my drink any ways. It had been one of those mornings so I really appreciated their kindness and thoughtfulness. Kudos to them.
