Forget Jake from State Farm. Jake from T-Mobile will be your new favorite Jake. But seriously, we came in with a pretty tall order and despite technical issues, he was super pleasant and got us taken care of in no time. Wonderful customer service, and highly recommend!!

Amazing service!! This location is clearly customer focused. I came in with several issues, ranging from service plan to a broken phone. I left more than satisfied—as Dave took the time to address every concern. Each issue was corrected. Today’s engagement with Dave reminded me of why I remain a loyal customer to T-Mobile.

My review has two parts.
First: this store - the associates here are a delight to work with. They're very honest and upfront about pricing, will share with me EXACTLY what will be on my bill, and they're always friendly to whomever comes in the door...even to grouchy people. The store is always immaculately clean, hand sanitizer is available everywhere. Parking is convenient, but the lot gets tricky when it's busy.

Second: the service in my area. Speeds in the 5GUC areas are phenomenal - as fast as Greenlight Networks (my home internet provider). I don't drop calls as often as I did with the big red V, but still occasionally drop a call. Call clarity is really good as well, which is important to me as I use my phone for work to call customers and partners. For more rural areas, in the southern tier of NYS, populated areas have service, but areas that have more cows or wildlife than people - you won't have service.

Overall - T-Mobile is a good value for what you get, and we are happy with the service.

I would like to thank Thai for helping me pick out a phone that wasn't to expensive and served my purpose. He steered me in the direction of the OnePlus Nord N20 5G which I love. He is a very knowledgeable and curious sales person. He perfectly set up my new phone and even came out to my car to reset my Android Auto. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a phone at the Howard Rd. Location. Thanks again Thai.

First impression is an ever lasting impression. The customer service is awesome. (Dave &Thai) are the truth. They took their time and explained all the details for our plans and making changes while saving us money on our monthly bills and recommending the best items for my grandkids. They explained their newest promotions and updated all our products. They made the necessary phone calls several times to update our service.

Dave was extremely helpful with upgrading my phone and answering any questions I had regarding my phone plan. One of the quickest/easiest experiences I’ve had at T-Mobile in years.

I can’t not rave enough about how patient and kind Dave Thai and Ryan were we had an unbelievable experience of a major system error with one of the lines on my account and for a days we have spent hours on the phone with customer service to get this issue resolved and in which Dave Thai and Ryan all were right there helping us through it all I can’t not express how amazing and comfortable we feel coming to the Howard rd T-Mobile location Dave the manger of the store is exactly what an ideal manager looks like, and it shows as all of the employees performed in the same manor if we were not told who the manager was we would not have known the difference. Each employee attended to other customers as our situation took hours yet never made us feel like we were a burden or less important . A truly amazing staff. I will surly recommend this location to any future or existing customers. A thousand time thank you!!

Went in to this store to determine whether T-Mobile service and my 3-year old phone would deliver.

Each employee made a point to listen and understand my concerns. Thai went to the extra effort to determine that indeed, T-Mobile service would meet my needs.

Very pleased with the patience and attention to detail that was provided. Would very much recommend this store if you're looking for what T-Mobile has to offer.

I had worked with the rep Kayla, she was very concerned on helping me get a new device. We had walked over multiple plans, she gave me the run down of how much my plan would be each month with the phone included. I was very happy with my phone, I’ll be back in to see her!

Went into tmobile not sure what to expect what looking for something better then straight talk but still with a reasonable price ! Dave the manager was phenomenal to me and my family even put on YouTube for the kiddos ! The man has great knowledge and did his best to get us brand new phones and a low priced plan with everything we needed 🙌 10/10 recommended this location

I just switched from Android to IPhone and Shad was amazing. Never rushing me and answered all my questions. He made sure he had all my devices connected and working perfectly. This is the only T-Mobile store that I go for all my customer service needs. My first visit Brandon helped me and he was also great! Customer service at its Best!

My wife and I, both 61, finally gave in and bought smartphones. We went with T-Mobile because of their 55+ plan. I bought the phones first, then we went to the T-Mobile store on Howard Road for activation. I simply cannot praise the staff who helped us enough. They helped us through a couple glitches and got us all set up. They check in on us once a month to make sure we're still doing OK, which I appreciate. Fantastic service all round. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company or this service location to anyone!

I've been pleasantly surprised everytime I walk in the door. Typically I would do all of my shopping and online, but the folks that work here (Jay And Anthony especially) are so helpful and excel at customer service. They make you (me) feel welcome, like we've been friends forever. Highly recommend!

I recently went into the west gate location to upgrade my phone . Shad and Brandon were phenomenal!!! And even drove out to Pittsford to get the color iPhone I wanted! Talk about going above and beyond !! They also reworked my plan so that I left saving money ! Thank you so much for all your help ! I used to drive all the way to the mall, so glad to have you guys in the neighborhood !

I bought a new IPhone & my email wasn’t coming through. I called the help desk & they weren’t able to help. I went to see Marcus in the local store & within 5 minutes he helped me fix my issue! Thanks dude - you’re the best .

Went in to get a line added to my account and the rep Dwayne was super helpful. He was able to answer all my questions, get me the phone i wanted and was super nice during the whole process too! Their manager, Gino, is super knowledgable and was great to work with. I wouls recommend this store to anyone!!

The staff and the store is exceptionally welcoming. Especially Brandon who offered me a bottle of water after learning about my long travel.
