Well kept, well organized 👏🏼 and staff is helpful too. Once I asked about something, I couldn't find the lady there who helped me find it and was very patient.

Today, the isle number of an item didn't match with the app, and I kept on looking in nearby isles till I found it.

Old review:
Regular walmart. Was a bit too crowded, though. Things are mostly in place, and staff is ok. You don't find the milk and eggs towards the evening sometimes.

Overall good well stocked store, and I am able to find good kitchen items there as well as quality hair care products. Things you can't easily find anywhere else like spray starch.

They have added more organic vegetables like organic tomatoes you can't easily find, organic cucumber and peppers, etc.

very cozy with good. assortment. I really liked it. I’ve been to many Walmarts. I definitely liked this one.

Great selection, best prices, helpful staff (yes, really), I love the Walmart+ features, especially Scan & Go. I often have friendly exchanges with other shoppers on Saturday mornings.

Our cashier went above and beyond to make our transaction as simple as possible. We were at my Brothers choice location in gates Chili. Even the cosumers were great. Thank you for all your assistance. Wish I would of remmbered her name. You need more people like her working for your company!!!

So far things are going good and the experience has been great.

There's a great manager named Charles at this location that goes above and beyond for their customers.

I go to the one that has great customer service and chilli one does. I work for one in back in 1997 and customer service was a must.

My experience was great today. I found everything I wanted and used the self-checkout. Fast and easy.

Honestly when going to Walmart I'm always finding something that is beneficial for me or others not to mention I love shopping because sharing is caring 🤗

I tried the Walmart Pay for the first time. All I had to do was scan my items as I was shopping and then take them to a self checkout and scan a QR Code. It eliminated having to scan each item at checkout. You do have to be a member of W+ and have the Walmart app on your phone. Update April 6 2023- They need to update their Check In Info when you're doing a pickup order. They have 10 spaces but only 6 are listed on the app. But the employees are very friendly and helpful in the Pickup Department! You can also go right inside the door and pick up your items. I also love being able to return items that I've bought online using the receipt on my phone. It usually goes right back into my account.

I was looking for a PS4,and it was the only place I was available to find me one New...I was really happy with that Thanks for the help,and it was cheap the every other place...For the same price the other store ask me for a used in Walmart I got a new with $70 game for the same price...

Wal-Mart in gates was very nice. Had a great cashier named Wanda and a helpful person in computer department

Well my experience today with Barb an associate at Walmart really made my morning... My daughter and I came in about 6:30 this morning she's starting her new job today at Wegmans.. I thought we were all prepared with her uniform pants🙃 but that's a whole nother story.. so anyway we're looking around and then I'm like let's go over to the kids section because she's quite petite.. Barb was sitting on the floor doing whatever with the merchandise. I asked about khaki pants.. she got up off the floor immediately no hesitation with a smile and proceeded to help me find everything that I needed she even looked for the sizes and made some other suggestions, went into the back room to even look.. Everything was perfect she was very thorough and we had a pleasant conversation.. I told her my daughter was starting her job today I'm nervous, my daughter is nervous... She gave my daughter some excellent advice about being a cashier an not to worry. She will be fine. She also gave her a nice compliment🙂.. .. I hope Walmart gives their employees a little something extra for their birthday or when they go above and beyond there job responsibilities.. I found out our birthdays are in July🎉.. she is a people person like me.. I gave her a hug, my daughter thanked her and I thanked her for making my day..

Love it here and the staff is super nice and MY WIFE NEVER STOPS TALKING ABOIT HOW FABULOUS AARON IS AND HOW BEAUTIFUL HIS EYES ARE … he’s a joy to that place and always helps

This particular experience was 5 stars. first off, there was a price discrepancy & Preston adjusted the price accordingly and didn’t try and just tell me the stock was in the wrong place.not his fault and it was multiple items so he adjusted the price. He was very kind and understanding throughout our interaction. It was a large AC, he helped me get it out to my car and when I asked if I could tip him (it was a BEAST of a box) he told me “nope, I can’t accept a tip. This is just my job. He was very very friendly and I honestly wish your store had more Preston’s! Very pleasant experience.
