Took my son to get a controller and a new headset. The sales person didn't try to oversell him but rather helped him pick out the best ones for his needs. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. The staff usually is when we go. This is our favorite location.

They closed the store we normally go to due to lease issues and found this store close to where I work. They were extremely helpful and made me feel great!

Josh was extremely helpful and took time dealing with a busy store to go beyond my expectations. The following visit Dan was friendly and instantly knowledgeable about what I was asking after. Great visits!

I just wanted to say that the employees at this GameStop are top notch true to the lifestyle professionals. I'm 42 years old and have been gaming since first game ever Pong on Atari and owned pretty much every system ever made since then and probably beaten or 10's of thousands of games by now. The people here are so knowledgeable about any question I ask, very impressive.

Crew on site was beyond great.

This particular store may be small but I've never had any problems here. The employees were always helpful and nice and some even joked around with us! I've even had one of them come up to us as soon as we opened the door and offered to help us look around the store and get anything we need.

During this covid mess my daughters headset broke (it was warranted) so i didnt want to just buy another one. I spoke w/james at the Howard rd store. He explained everything & i was able to drive there , stayed in my car & get a new headset - it only took 5 minutes. Awesome job James-

DAN took 3 of my phone calls yesterday inquiring about a Funko Pop that was supposed to be coming in today. He searched boxes, did internet research and found out they were delayed. He then called me this morning (I didn't leave my number) to give me more info he found on how I could preorder and the date Gamestops are now getting the item. Dan went way out of his way to help me and was nice about it the entire time! Thanks Dan!!!

Joshua was very nice and helpful, and was willing to price match to save me money. Overall great experience, I love coming to GameStop!

a few months back I was trading in a Xbox 360 Slim but the power brick?cord was fried and the lady bought me a new one an traded the console!

I like this GameStop mostly because the staff is friendly and super helpful. When ever I go here I can get caught up talking to staff members for upwards to an hour lol which I think is a great quality for any business and if more places were that helpful they would have a lot more customers 2 thumbs up from me

Friendly staff and affordably priced new and used games and consoles. There are many deals on multiple items daily. There is also a GameStop rewards program that can help save money on game purchases and other items.

With the new management Dan is awesome, quick and friendly. I can see this location becoming popular again with Dan there. Thank you again!
