I want to send a big thank you to Luis in printing! He helped me make the most of my card design - the finish product exceeded my expectations! I got a lot of compliments on them! He was patient and friendly to work with.
Also, I wanted to say how much I appreciated Kalei's customer service - she was very kind and knowledgeable!

My sales clerk (Jennifer?) was the best. She handled my returned ink cartridges and explained the program details; she took care of my Rewards paperwork without a snag.
I really like the recent upgrades to the store interior and I appreciate the ink cartridge return program -- it makes both of us responsible for doing what's best for all of us.

ok so this place is not in the best area of point loma but don’t let it deter you from coming in ! The staff and people that work there now ( Jan 2024) are extremely helpful. From the people on the floor that are helpful and can ask for help / guidance to the cashiers and the people at the amazon / shipping area. Kalei the cashier is not only sweet but helped me accomplish getting everything i needed on my list even though it wasn’t in stock . She calmly took the time to find the file organizer that i needed online , ordered it for me, price matched it and helped me get my coupon from my app ( which i wouldn’t otherwise have found ) . thank you for the wonderful customer service , for caring and helping me save money !!! i will continue to come back here

Ordered online, ready for pickup within 30 minutes. Went to the store a couple of hours later, the associate on duty was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out of the store in what seemed to less than five minutes. No hunting for things on my list, it was just there at the online pickup counter.

My cashier was very helpful. I didn't know exactly how to use my Staples App, so she showed me how.

This is my neighborhood office supply store, and I come here for all the basics. Good lighting and well stocked shelves. I use the copying machines and recently I sent a fax. The office chair that I am sitting in is very comfortable - that I got from this Staples.

Came in at almost closing time, and David went above and beyond to help me figure out my Amazon return. Awesome customer service!!

The employees are very friendly and helpful. If you're in a rush, ask for help to save time wandering the aisles. Like all Staples, this one opens early and closes late.

It can be hard to get in and out of during rush hour.

I was at staples today because i had a last minute project i had t9 do, first i thank you for staying open so late, the employee who helped me was very nice and helped me very well, he is a prime example of how every employee should be at staples, his name was mario, 2 management please acknowledge this employee, he was very helpful.

My visit here was great I needed to make a quick spiral binded catalog for my clients took me 30 min and I was out. Violeta was quick. Helpful and I got some great deals.

I know merchants are limiting the items in stores due to online shopping. This makes it more difficult for actually looking at items for purchase. Staples helps with this by allowing online purchases in the store and payment at the site. This made it a one stop solution for my visually impaired companion.

I was having a little trouble with my pdf file Devon came over (without me asking...good eye! )He was very helpful and went through every step with me. Got me in an out of there in just a few minutes !!

Awesome service. Even gave me an Allen wrench to put together my chair. Highly recommended for your office supplies.
