Kroger

2 months ago I posted a display at the Macland Publix and was impressed with the variety on display of Stella Rosa wine.

Today by surprise the Kroger at Battle Ridge Pavillion although not as impressive of a display for Stella Rosa, their price on Stella Rosa wine was even more impressive than Publix. My 1st wine purchase here may not be my last.. I may visit more often if these prices remain!!!

I was in Dairy department again, and this very polite young man, named Tristen was hard at work stocking item's, greeted me and offered help with a smile under that mask! 😷 He had that dept looking as good as Doug did 9 month's ago when I posted is below!

I have been so impressed with this store lately! Have always loved the pharmacy personal! Pharmacist -Jana, and Stacy, and a couple more ladies. Produce guy Darrell is awesome too! ALWAYS SMILIING! I met older gent, named Doug hard at work in dairy department, and I was blown away! Look at the attached picture! I have never seen the eggs look so full and stacked very well! But, the progress in other depts is looking better too. ☆☆☆☆☆:-)

The New Clicklist Feature has some hiccups but after 15+minutes wait On Hold...Finally brought out items purchased with A Smile!!! ☺ Love My 212/20 Kroger!!! ♥🤟💋✌

I love going to this Kroger. They have a huge selection. Also, it’s a big blend of people who shop there. Whether you are dressed up or basically wearing dirty work clothes, you always feel comfortable. Just a down to earth feel, and the employees are always nice.

Mr. Patton, who is the store manager is awesome when it comes to going over the top with his customer's and also customer service! He has always had the BEST customer service a store manager can have! I literally drive all the way to this location due to the selection.
Mr. Renard has so much experience in this industry that everything is always up to par. Keep up the great work!

The employees are very polite and helpful. I have never had to wait for a working electric cart. Most of all, the whole store is well kept.

Thank you to the Manager Katrina who went above and beyond to help me find the product that I was looking for. She was very friendly and had great customer service. We need more people like her. Thank you Katrina!!

Hate the renovations. Everything else is good!

Great local supermarket. Always clean, well organized and really helpful outgoing staff. I have only met a few rude staff members, that honestly didn't last their long. Their variety of food is really good, especially for the really hard to find items in the new organic aisle. We go here every week.

The store itself and staff are awesome, and truthfully so are the other patrons. It's the parking plus entrance/exit that leave a lot to be desired. It's in a long strip mall but the parking lot can sometimes seem on the small side. Probably has a lot to do with the Kroger gas being available but that's definitely a plus. Would also be nice to have more self checkout stations then just the six but I think the store is one of the smaller ones. None of this is ever going to keep me from getting gas or shopping here. I've learned when to visit so everything I've mentioned doesn't wear on my patience.

Thank you Marie at customer service for solving my problem. Not only was it taken care of in a timely matter but if I wasn't able to make it up to the store she would make sure the next clerk would be aware of what I needed. I had a bottle fall through the bag it was in and shattered when unloading my car. I called up to the store, took the receipt and the product was replaced.

I recently, broke my leg. First time grocery shopping with my injury. Ms.Ethel ( sweetest cashier) came to help me with a scooter. I am so grateful! This is why I shop here. The other cashiers are just as nice, too! Thank you, all!!

I go by this Kroger frequently as it is on my way to and from work. I have been VERY pleased with the selection, fresh produce, great Deli, excellent caring management and friendly, helpful employees. Grateful for this store.

It was my first time there, and I loved the store. It was nice and clean. Everyone was very helpful on the items I had a hard time finding. I will be back.

We have used Kroger Pharmacy for 6 years now and they are friendly, fast, and professional. The pharmacists are always helpful with questions and are always reassuring.

I truly love shopping at krogers the prices r great , they always have sales going on everyweek especially the weekend sales.The meats, produce is always fresh.Store clerks , and associates r very helpful and friendly also i enjoy my coupons , and on the apps.Over all my favorite store.Keep up the good work kroger.

Store was packed, with the potential storm coming through tomorrow. Got out relatively quick! Customer service was top notch, even though they were busy!
