Honestly, I can say that this was one of my best experiences I’ve had at a retail phone store. Chris Rozzi not only made me feel super welcomed, he also didn’t make me feel pressured to buy anything. He wasn’t pushy like most sales people. He gave me my options and laid out the facts. I was more than happy to do business with him. I will definitely be coming back here with my husband to upgrade his phone too!

WOW. Customer service at this location is above and beyond!! I was helped right away on getting a new iPhone by the manager Chris. He was super easy to work with and went in depth on the cell phone plans available. He made sure I was receiving all the benefits out there for military. I’m beyond satisfied with the support I received at this location.

We came in to port 3 lines from T-Mobile and Josh helped us. He was outstanding, had amazing customer service, and we walked out extremely satisfied with 3 new iPhones and a lower bill than we had at T-Mobile. Thank you Josh!!! We will be recommending you and this store to everyone we know.

I arrived to this store after being rushed out by another ATT store because I was not planning on buying anything new. I had questions about my bill and their store manager, Chris R was able to answer everything thoroughly, patiently and with professionalism.

Shelayna and Dom were amazing! I went in for an upgrade and I had the best experience I have ever had since I’ve been with AT&T. Dom greeted me warmly as soon as I came in and clearly explained my options to upgrade my phone. Shelayna helped me finish the upgrade and was very patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She even took pictures of phone cases to help me decide which one to buy! :) Excellent experience and service!

I had a perfect experience at this AT&T location. Manager opened the store early for us and helped me find a phone case for my new iPhone. Upon purchase, he even put on the new case and screen protector for me, and threw in a free charger. I was not bothered once about a plan or anything I did not need. I would highly recommend this store.

Chris is very knowledgeable and makes sure every base is covered before you leave the store. 👍🏼
