I recently purchased a vehicle and this was the FIRST time ever that I did not walk out in tears!! I love my new CRV!! And I have to thank several people at this dealership, First I must thank Jordan, my salesperson. She was patient with me. and then there was Jody! She was also wonderful and very knowledgeable with the financing piece. And I almost forgot Mike Jones. So all these people played a role in my purchase. I would recommend this dealership and ask for Jordan, Jody or Mike and you can not go wrong!!

Truly couldn't have asked for a better experience!! Ruddy was an absolute god sent 😌 he took his time and answered all my questions, and looked up every car I found online. Not to mention his patience when I had to leave in the middle of it to go to work for a few hours. So he took care of everything on the back end and when I got back that night Branddi on the office side helped me. She took her time and explained my maxcare coverage (highly recommended) and was patient with all my questions as well. I will HAPPILY be back when I come to get my next car 🥰

Stress free, seamless, fun! Do your "fair price" research on the car you want, and this will be your experience at the VA Beach CarMax Location. The location itself is open, airy, and has quite a calm vibe. I had already reserved the car I wanted on the app and knew the price in advance -not having to haggle was such a plus and a very refreshing experience. CarMax financing was quick and easy and from start to finish, the entire process took a little over 2 hours. I also took note of the diverse staff, an added plus in my book. I worked with Sophia, and she was amazing - knowledgeable, cordial, and super friendly. I was so pleased that as she handed me the keys to my new car, I just had to give her a hug. I really enjoyed going through the car buying process with a female staff for a change. I won't go back to traditional car buying after this - Thank you, Sophia! Thank you, CarMax!

We brought our vehicle in to Carmax, they inspected it and gave us a fair price. It was no hassle and we were out of there with a check within an hour. Thanks to Glenn who took care of us. He was both professional and personable.

Mike Jones at Virginia Beach has been awesome. He helped us with our 3rd car purchase with CarMax. Our first car was our family SUV and our son was 2 at the time and this time we were buying the car "for" our son for his 19th birthday. I’d like to say that I usually do not leave reviews, but my experience at CarMax was Awesome. I don’t plan on shopping anywhere else for a vehicle. They gave me a more than fair trade in for my vehicle, and not worrying about haggling or hidden charges when purchasing my new vehicle was so refreshing. My sales rep. was working his a** off all day but still managed to assist me in every way with realistic time estimations and planning. Not every car was perfect that I looked at, but I found the one for us, and with the 5 year bumper to bumper plan, through CarMax, I have peace of mind that my wife and kids are taken care of.

I had an appointment and arrived on time. My sales lady, Tina, was not pushy and I love that. She let me go and look at the vehicle I had delivered and asked how I felt. I was a little unsure about the look of the vehicle. She assured me it would be cleaned if she had to do it herself. We took the car for a test drive and I fell in love. I was there less than an hour after that. I will be recommending her to anyone who is looking for a car. Oh and she did go out and put some finish touches on the car.

The salespersons are very friendly and knowledgeable about there products and service. They have done exactly as they say for me including to letting me pick another car after I didn't like the first one that I picked. Not a better place to buy a used car.

I am a return customer at CarMax, having purchased several cars there in the past 15 years or so. The cars are consistently of high quality, are described and photographed accurately online so when you visit the lot there are no surprises. There is every make and model you could want to see and/or test drive and the sales staff is always much more like a guide or assistant than a car salesperson. I will return any time I am in the market for a car because the experience from arranging for cars to be shipped through completing the paperwork and financing details is handled professionally, courteously, and efficiently every time.

It’s a bit busy and hectic but a good place none the less! I sold my truck to them. Did not have any issues. The check cleared quick and the loan balance cleared off my auto loan a few days ago. It took a few hours to get in and out but they did a good and where through and followed through on their words and that’s what counts. They were nice and patient through the whole things too!
