The print service personnel here are really helpful and the printing is usually cheapest in town (they always have some coupon on their website or emails). They have helped me convert files, plan best print sizes and patiently waited for me to get my files together while using their wifi. I hope the manager treats them well! Thank you.

The associates in this store are great! Very customer oriented. Better than most Office Depots...

You're not going to believe this: smiling young people come up to you offer you their competent assistance. That's what I got at Office Depot. I only went out of disgust with Best Buy, which wanted to charge me a "special" package price of $200 to guarantee a best price, set up the new computer I'd buy from them, and transfer the data from my old one. And they wanted to hold on to my computers for 2 days. Well, I walked out to check out the competition and I found out that at a quarter of their price my local Office Depot techie helped me decide on a web purchase at several hundred dollars better than Best Buy's best Labor Day price, and then gave me an appointment not only to set it up but personally to walk me through the data transfer, tailoring it to my needs. Office Depot sells more than office supplies. It sells real service. Check out the Annapolis store on Old Solomon's Rd.

I was in there today with my rowdy 6 year old. A nice employee was very helpful when it came to finding a pencil box of particular size.

I didn’t get his name but he had long hair and I believe wore red and white Nikes. After leaving with an unexpected giga pet we got to the car and it wouldn’t turn on. We decided to go back in and ask for help and the kiddo smashed her door into another persons car. We exchanged info and I was incredibly stressed going back in. This employee was a literal life saver. He checked the battery and was so kind noticing how upset I was and even helped programming it for my kid so I wouldn’t have to.

Anyway. Thanks long haired Nike wearing employee. You made our day a bunch better.

I was looking for DYMO labeling tape and found it at Office Depot. They had a less plastic, recycled 2 pack version which I gravitated towards. Good price for 2 pack. Convenient. Correct fit. I'm happy.

After trying to find black printer ink at Walmart and Target, it was nice to go into Office Depot and find a well stocked store with plenty of ink cartridges! The employees were helpful, the store was clean and organized, and my shopping experience was great!

I went here in desperate need of an office chair but also not expecting much in the way of service, just because of past experience. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. Phillip greeted me as soon as I walked in and took me directly to the selection of chairs. (The selection was much larger than I expected) He gave his recommendations and waited patiently while I sat in several. Without me asking, he carried my choice to the front, then out to my car. I really hope his manager sees this and says something because Phillip needs some props!

Taneisha

This review is more about an employee than the store. I dropped off a folder of loose papers and a binder FULL of poems and writings my mother wrote decades ago. The paper was really old and reeked of cigarette smoke, and the typewriter ink was very faded. Taneisha was not only extremely professional and friendly, but there was zero judgment or reaction to the binder's condition, even when I myself was embarrassed about it. Every step of the way, she was purely professional and accommodating. It's nice in this day and age to find someone who actually likes what they do. She made me believe she was more than happy to help. The copies came out better than expected, with everything perfectly sorted. Just an outstanding employee and person. I wish her a prosperous future.

Quick and easy to order from the website. I ordered late at night, and my order was ready for pickup early the next morning. Definitely the way to go!

This store is extremely well run. The floor staff are knowledgeable and always keeping an eye out for customers who may need help. As soon as a line begins to form at the register, the cashier makes a quick radio call and others are there in seconds to open additional registers. Kudos to the management and staff of the Annapolis Office Depot.

The Annapolis, MD location somehow manages to be fully staffed while other stores are struggling. The staff here is knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and friendly. And that’s every single visit. They offer a military discount too. Kudos Office Depot of Annapolis!

This is the only place I would buy a computer or any other office equipment. I appreciate the knowledge of the sales team. The technical service department is great and reasonably priced. Can't say enough.
