This store is top notch for service. The young lady who took care of me (sorry for not remembering her name) was awesome. I had a Samsung S10e and was in need of an upgrade. Went with the Samsung galaxy s23 ultra and glad I finally did it. The pen will be very helpful filling out forms in pdf format that I had a hard time with the previous phone.
If you're in need of anything from a new phone to chargers and more, I highly recommend this store.

Dj was was the best person I’ve dealt with at a Verizon store in the last couple years. Honestly. He was extremely helpful, talked to me respectfully even if I didn’t completely understand how things on his end were working. He worked and got me an amazing deal that i wasn’t even told about at a different store. PLUS he even remembered working with my mom a couple months prior and she had said he was awesome. If mom says he’s the guy to go to… well, ya listen to mom! Thanks again man

DJ was extremely helpful in my search for a new phone. I am nontechnical so DJ patiently explained the differences in various phone specs as well as the offers Verizon had available. He also completed the info transfer to my new phone, making my overall experience a very pleasant one.

So grateful to have this store. Everything phone related used to be stressful to me and for quite a few years now DJ has made everything stress free. Everything about your experience here will be fantastic. They are not only knowledgeable, & efficient but they are so kind you feel like your having a conversation with an old friend. Every time I visit the Tanglewood Verizon store, I’m helped by DJ who always treats me with speed, kindness, and honesty. DJ has helped myself and my family with any phone problems we’ve had for the past few years and is always making sure we’re served well and happy with our phone and plan. 10/10 service!!!

I am a longtime Verizon customer and only go to the Tanglewood store for purchases and technical questions. When transferring my accounts, the Verizon system created a problem that no one could resolve, requiring 10 personal visits to the store, sometimes waiting over an hour each visit, while staff attempted to work through Customer Service, to no avail. Bob was very helpful and I appreciated the time and attention he committed over a 6-week period. Still no resolution. It was on my last visit that DJ, recognizing my frustration and many hours of wasted time, came to the rescue. He was extremely kind, patient, and quickly identified the obstacles preventing the account transfer. He not only successfully resolved the complicated issue, but further assisted in reviewing my account so that we were able to secure significant savings on a new phone for my son. DJ is an extremely professional and personable individual who is quite skilled at customer relations. His sensitivity to my needs, as well as his smart and creative approach to the problem, was very reassuring and restored my confidence as a customer. DJ went out of his way to assist me.....which I’m guessing is the way he treats every customer. Thank you, DJ. You are a great role model for anyone working in the challenging field of Customer Service 👍

DJ is the best cellular sales representative. He has awesome customer service skills. I drive 50 minutes just to come to this store because he always take care of all of my needs. He does everything for me which makes the process very smooth and effortless on my end as a customer. I always get quality products for a good price. I love this store.

We had previously gone to the Verizon store in Solon and had a mixed experience (at best). Decided to try this store, and what a difference. DJ (the manager) was very understanding and helpful. We needed two phones and a new plan, had a rough idea of what we might need, but were left very confused at the Solon store after over an hour of mostly waiting. DJ explained the options in a clear easy-to-follow manner for us senior citizens. All in all, a very good experience.

I just can’t say enough about the wonderful experience we had with DJ. He was so very helpful and incredibly patient he even stayed over his time just to make sure we understood our phone we have always dealt with that particular store and he is one of the reasons why. I will always do our business as long as we have DJ.

I came into the store wanting a new phone, when I walked in I had told the person helping me I had a really bad experience with other stores trying to help me. He was so nice and helpful and answered every question I needed help with. I am very bad with technology so he made sure he helped me as much as he could to help me understand. His name was DJ and I highly recommend working with him. He's great!

Came in to add my Son to my account. I have been coming to this location to work with DJ for 3 years now. He has always gone above and beyond with guest service and takes the time to answer any questions I may have. I recently moved 17 miles away and have attempted to have other stores help in a pinch, but have decided that the drive to DJ is well worth the trip. You have an amazing employee in DJ and I will continue to use this location for all my needs.

DJ is a fabulous store manager! I have been coming to see him for about 2 years now and will not go to anyone else. He is always friendly and beyond helpful. Always looks out for the customer to maximize the best deals he can give you....goes above and beyond. I have recommended him to many people!!

Had a great experience despite having a very broken phone on my way in! The customer service rep DJ was extremely helpful and even remembered me from a few years ago. He helped me set some important things up on my phone with patience and charisma.
