Very friendly staff, first and foremost. They're very good about getting you in and out quickly (if that's what you want to do), as well as having a decent conversation if you're up for that.
Very educated on their products as well. And they don't seem to mind having you hangout for a bit if you'd like.
They have a nice selection of e-juices, and they let you try the flavors before you buy.

Again. Excellent customer service. Yes, you could save $1.30 purchasing coil online. But the bonus of community, and assistance reassembling plus an expert to review your device or update is immeasurable, for myself at least. I am posting this review because I would rather have them here, than not.

They have the new Orion(?) Pod Device which is totally elegant and amazing as well now. I want one.

Consistent, always friendly, very helpful, great selection, honest, stand behind all of their products, and won't just blow smoke to make a sale.

Very knowledgeable staff and very helpful. They gladly answer any questions and are happy to help. If there's ever an issue, they fix it with basically no questions asked. They take care of their customers. I live 45 mins away and pass several vape stores to go to this one and don't mind doing so.

Nimbus is by far, without a doubt, the best Vape Shop I've ever been to. And I've been to many across the country. They have an excellent selection of only the best juices and mods and their customer service is second to none. They have become my go-to Vape Shop and I highly recommend them.

I mean seriously I am loyal to them.. sure you can hit vape shops when leaving the area towards Cle..Ak etc but A) do you really want the only vape store in our area to go out of business B) they are just really good helpful and also insightful people C) they will tell u the honest lowdown on juice flavors D) they have replacement parts for the mods they sell ( i have the vaporesso plus one). u hit the stores in the city they r just selling so much they dont care support the home team!
