Awesome experience! Store employees were very friendly and they all seemed eager to wanna help, no matter if one was already helping.

Vans in Westfield Mission Valley has a great shoe selection. Store staff make it a fun place to shop.

I forgot the name of the lady who helped my younger brother and mother but she was beyond excellent. My brother wears a size 16" and she was really nice and we were surprised they actually had his size and we got the shoe he wanted and it also fit comfortably.

Great service, I’ve been going to this location for a long time and they always welcomed me. They have friendly employees and variety of really nice shoes to choose from.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The girl who helped me knew I was kinda picky with what I was looking for so she recommended their customization tool online. She helped me get a couple sizes of the style shoe I wanted to try on so I could confirm the best sized fit. Then even gave me one of their in-store iPads to use and try out the online configurator tool. Found my perfect shoes and couldn't be happier. Will absolutely go back to this store.

I walk past this store today and saw some eye catching shoes. Wasn't looking for shoes but I popped in and was blown away by the service and great work and attitude.🥰 Walked away with 2 pairs of shoes and a hat. No regrets thank you. **************

I have been there 3 times in the last couple weeks and I am surprised how refreshed they are each time. Which means, it is a well managed store through their customer service, merchandising, and policies provided to the members of the staff. I have now purchased, returned, and repurchased more because of their reasonable policies.
Customer service 101 is practiced and taught here and I appreciate that. Alot of businesses have really lost that focus due to cut backs and therefore rep/customer ratio is depleted. Anyway, they have been on point and I'm a rejuvenated fan of this brand that I loved as a kid and now I love it as a dad with a kid! Cool stuff!

Perhaps the best customer service I have ever experienced between my 2 visits here. I'm extremely impressed with the quality of product and especially with the staff! 🧡🧡 You guys made my day!!

this is the best vans in san diego. small from the outside, but large selection within. the employees are incredibly kind and helpful, especially this one sweet girl who’s helped me pick out shoes on 2 occasions. would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

Guys were AWESOME, went in today at my lunch hour to get some shoes for my kids and they helped me so much!! Also gave good advise on how to take care of the shoes. Which comes in handy with kids!

Went in thinking I knew what I was going to get and the worker there brought me the pair I wanted and a pair he thought I might want. I ended up going with his pair. Can't ask for better service

Good employees and they keep the place clean and disinfected. Unfortunately with the pandemic every Store is short in inventory but they do there best to find you an alternative that you like or special order just for you.

Just want to say thanks to Cameron( I think) for all your help lastnight!! He went out of his way to call numerous stores to help me find the nightmare before Christmas and I wanted in my size. Hope you a had a great time at your costume party #HefnerPurge

This place is amazing, everyone that works there is great. I bought a pair of shoes that had ripped due to a manufacturer defect and Camile helped me out to get a new pair at no charge, no questions asked!! I will buy Vans for the rest of my life.
