I came in there Friday to your highland park location visiting from out of town and I just have to say that the young man at the door is by far the most polite, helpful and charismatic doorman I have ever seen. He greeted us, asked if we need help and even assisted my mother. If he wasn't able to help he quickly called one of his associates over to assist. He really went above and beyond with customer service. I think he said his name was Treemane, sorry if I spelled it wrong but thank you so much for your customer service, you really made me and my families experience there memorable. Very nice experience, I came in with my 10 year old son to buy him some new shoes and the staff that were available were very helpful when I asked them for help. One person helped me with identifying weather the shoes my son was interested in where boys shoes and they were so that was good and another person helped me with finding some comfy basketball Shorts, lucky for me I found everything I needed in one place. The overall experience is a top 5 star! On top of that my purchased also earned me a $10.00 off rewards on my next purchase which is awesome!

The employees were very nice at this location when I went. I called ahead of time to see if a pair of shoes were in stock. They were nice enough to go back and check and were very kind when I came to buy them. It looks like an older location, but it was clean with ample parking.

Great location and customer service. Went in looking for shoes for about 10 mins, payed and went home. I don't know what their name was, but the cashier was super polite and welcoming.

A great place to shop for sneakers. Definitely better to shop here than to go to the mall. Everyone in the store is courteous, and more than willing to help out. Very family-friendly.
