York Square Liquor

Incredible selection, ample parking, and friendly staff. In six years of patronizing this establishment, I have never had a negative experience. Most negative reviews seem to come from chronic negative reviewers and loiterers. For that, I'm thankful. Unlike other local spots plagued by loiterers and creeps (which STILL close long before York Square), I have never felt unsafe coming here.

I don't suffer fools, and neither does York Square Liquor. Cheers to that!!

Very friendly and accommodating. If you are a regular and have a preference for, say, vodka. They will get it for you and keep it on stock. Very nice people, too.

My boys at York Square Liquor yes sir this place has it all and even put up with my attitude when I'm tired and grouchy and don't throw me out haha the station said it's a good pop I like it down to earth people work there that's what makes it a good place come on down here in Highland Park York Square Liquor come and get it.

Always friendly service and wide variety of specialty bevvies (like hard kombucha, more than just ONE Rosé wine, and craft / local beer). Don't get your drinks from the grocery store- get them here!

Decent selection of beer, liquor and wine. Occasional fight outside but come on who doesn't like to see some action every now and then. Highly recommended.

Unsuspecting treasure trove of craft beers. 90% of their fridge space is filled with alcohol. From domestics to high ABV craft beers and seltzers.
